Because both Mr and Mrs Navratil cannot hear and talk much, this reporter spoke through Ms Joselyne Marimira, a sister to Mrs Navratil, who has been living with them for the past 12 years. “This issue started in 2009 when a man called Noble Maguwu took a loan from Agribank (now AFC Bank) in Gweru and gave two of his residential stands in Mkoba 9 as surety. He was supposed to repay the loan in 60 days but he failed and was taken to court by the bank. “He then approached Mr Navratil, my brother-in-law who has a psychiatric problem and cannot hear or talk well. Text-to-animation definitely still has a long way to go, but you can now iteratively prompt with a model like Anthropic Fable 5 to get the animation you want. The experiment was only for the freestyle swimming part. Summary: - Task: Freestyle swimming with head turning to get some air every 4th stroke (ended up with every 2nd stroke, which is fine also) - 3% of weekly Fable allowance was used - Estimated cost: $1.20 - 7 iterations because Fable's vision is so terrible (please fix it Anthropic). I had to keep taking screenshots myself and then describe every painstaking details of what's wrong with it, but it did get there eventually. And yes, all the shaders, water mechanics, tree, grass, etc. you see here will be open sourced soon (1-2 weeks). The first AFCON I watched was 1992 and was supporting Senegal 🇸🇳 the hosts because of Jules Bocande (RIP). I then asked why was Uganda not in the competition and everyone laughed at me. I said one day we shall play while hosting that AFCON and the laughter was even louder. Uganda had missed 7 previous editions without any infrastructure to host I watched each yet helplessly Uganda fail to qualify for the next 7 editions (1994-2004). As part of the administration Uganda further painfully missed the next 5 editions (2006-2013) As FUFA President, Uganda missed the 1 edition (2015) and finally cracked the code for 2017.
