If you look closely and at low speed you’ll see that a black car from the right lane changed to the middle lane because he was speeding and the other black car was on his way. The red one did the same as the POV guy and tried to avoid collision causing another crash

He was moving into the red car's blind spot, and took too long. He also didn't have situational awareness of the other red car that caused the red car that hit him to change lanes. Stay back and see it all.

It was actually the black car's fault. You can see the lanes are merging and the black car had to get over (hitting the red car) to dodge the car in front of them.

At 0:14, a black sedan overtakes the red vehicle on the right at high speed. At 0:16, a second black car and a bus are visible, traveling at a lower speed. The black car fails to decelerate and swerves left into the red car, causing the red car to swerves in to the dashcam car.

Looks like the red car was swerving to avoid another car.. Always know where cars are around you - the red car would’ve been better off slamming on the brakes

If you look closely there is a black car that changes into the lane of the red car who in turn does the same , the first black car did so to avoid the car that stopped beside the bus
