Talk truth about banks in Jamaica

This man speaks truth! No coincidence that the video footage is from @ScotiaJamaica - the most notorious time-wasting bank in the country. They take almost an hour to process one transaction per person and as always “the system running slow today” every single day!! No lies told!

Yeah at this point this needs government intervention. This is such an unnecessary problem.

In almost all these institutions you will see hundreds of millions spent in remodeling, putting in more cubicles (assuming they're to serve more customers). But you will almost never see even 50% of them in use simultaneously. 30% or less. Makes you wonder. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Why do people go into banks in Jamaica and waste their whole entire days?

In Jamaica losing the documents in your wallet is worse than losing the money in it. That’s at least two weeks worth of running up and down

Mi feeeeel eeevvery syllable of that audio. And it had to be a Scotiabank branch cause a suh dem behave. The bank coulda dawk like midnight wid people standing wall to wall, there seems to be no urgency. Don't eeeeeven get me started on NCB.

No respect for customers time. It past ridiculous.

The part I hate most is there are 2 tellers when 100 people outside a wait or 2 customer care agents when 50 people a wait…

I get upset when there’s 2 people infront of me! 😵😵😵
