This guy was at an In-N-Out, spotted a truck with a California “EXEMPT” license plate, and immediately assumed it belonged to ICE. The problem? California exempt plates are used on all kinds of government-owned vehicles, from city trucks to utility and public works departments. He never even saw who was driving, but still decided to make a video over it. We’ve reached the point where people see a government plate and instantly jump to conclusions. Is this ignorance or just social media brain rot?
