Most people over 40 don't need more mobility. They need more jumping. These 5 minutes of extensive plyometrics help rebuild: • Elasticity • Coordination • Tendon capacity • Landing mechanics • Confidence moving fast again Do them after your mobility work and before your lifts. This will make you faster while preventing injuries. Then you can progress to intensive plyos after rebuilding the foundation.

Do you remember when the whole world said “What did he just do?” Motown 25. Billie Jean. Black jacket. White glove. White socks. The instrumental break. Pose. Then he glides backward. Spin. Toe stand. Michael Jackson’s first moonwalk — live. Music history, in one move.

I saw this movie when I was 16 .l honestly couldn't watch more than a handful of minutes because it felt like a secret. When I finally watched the whole movie, I cried for nearly an hour. This movie changed my life for the better, like it's changed so many lives over the years. It's good to know it's still inspiring folks to be who they are. 🥹🏳️‍🌈

【Muscle ASMR】Turn the volume up. This one isn’t just about muscle — the breathing and grunts push the whole thing further.

Quick update: Had a breakthrough for V2 With lots of experimenting I was able to get some pretty solid performance transfers. These gens are Minimax H3 ref2va with my character V1 lora and some prompt + masking magic. No Seedance or higgsfield here. There's plenty more to test out, esp with the drop of Alisson's lora, but I'm pretty satisfied where things are going. More soon!

🇺🇸 A Delta flight hadn't even left the gate when a passenger allegedly started yelling "DEATH TO AMERICA." Then he pretended to SHOOT the people around him. A video shows a man hurling the N-word as police haul him off the Atlanta-bound flight at JFK. The apparently drunk 60-year-old was arrested on assault and other charges, and the flight's 160 passengers took off 45 minutes late. Some passengers get upgraded to first class, while he got upgraded to a holding cell. Source: NY Post / Writer: Julie

🇺🇸 Nick Shirley went real deep on goals: If you want real progress, DO THINGS YOURSELF, even when it’s scary. Stop waiting for company or permission. Take the first step alone, keep going through setbacks, and double down on what works. He points to Charlie Kirk, who started alone on college campuses and stood by his beliefs when they weren’t popular. Nobody else shares your exact mission. Waiting for the perfect moment only keeps you stuck. Nick shirley / Writer: Lucas
