What he is doing is called "STEALING THE STUDENT'S TIME" As a teacher you period is already paid for by the parents/guardian of the student through the school. Any other business conducted during lesson period that is not TEACHING AND LEARNING is tantamount to robbing the student's parent of their hard earned money. In INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS.... you are not allowed to even "press phones" during lessons. Secondly, an express written permission of parents is required to before making videographic recordings involving their wards/kids, this is termed VIOLATION OF PRIVACY OF A MINOR without consent. He could have done this during recess or during extra-curricular activities. He is clearly distracted and would barely be able to deliver the curriculum content "in-toto".
