So far, she has shown: - robotic supplies delivery - robotic blood delivery systems - robots at the pharmacy - kiosks for patient check-in - patients scanning a code to get their medications instantly - patients being able to choose a doctor from giant screens that show their credentials, specialties, and photos Her newest video shows how they prepare for surgeries. Chinese hospitals have screens to show where ORs are and who exactly is operating, with operation and anesthesia timings, as well as temperature and humidity settings, too. Quite the transparency that, I think, a lot of patients would value worldwide.
