I’m not a vegan, but I would never bash anyone who chooses to live that lifestyle. What confuses me is why some vegans are so obsessed with making their vegetables taste like meat since meat is so objectionable for them, I am perplexed by this. So this man is making a vegan pulled pork by shredding banana peels instead of using actual smoked pork. I have to give him credit for using actual real clean ingredients like the banana peels and the spices.
