NEW PR: ABSOLUTELY SHATTERED MY OLD BENCH PRESS. Haven't touched bench in nearly 3 months, been working on other machines. Go back just to try it and get 275 pounds up! Prolly coulda done more too! It's always been my goal in the gym to hit 315, so I'll post an update if I can :D

Bench press PR today 💪 225 lbs. 1x5 Today was an awesome day in the gym - finally got 2 plates on bench press for 5 reps. Big gains over my rough day in the gym yesterday. This officially completes my quest for the Standards 1.0 @ 5 reps. I will now accept my hyper-trophy 🏆 at any time. Not every day is going to be a win, but if you’re consistent and you keep showing up, and you fix your form, the gains will come. May the Lord be praised! #Barbell #StrengthTraining #Dominion
