Tejas was designed as a MiG-21 replacement. That's why it's a small aircraft. It was designed around MiG-21 & it was conceived with some kind of motivation from Mirage. We will have to think of new weapons for Tejas also. ACM AP Singh on LCA TEAJS!

Since it is stopping its operational flying, I think it is the right time to at least cover the history of MiG-21. On 16th December, Pakistan surrendered. We had 93,000 prisoners of war and all because of one turning point which this aircraft delivered..."

I spent a considerable amount of time with the MiG-21 and cherish many fond memories of it. I'm so glad to be here today, seeing the aircraft I grew up with once more. Its final farewell was a dignified ceremony, very well organised. It was also wonderful to reconnect with all my old comrades..."

Sad to see that, due to HAL incompetence, LCA Tejas is suffering on the global stage! I remember my interview with Ex-IAF Officer ( Harjeet Singh) where I asked, Why didn't LCA Tejas participate in Operation Sindoor? He said that LCA Tejas could never meet the operational requirements of Indian Air Force, its first 40 jets, which were inducted, aren't able to participate in combat. Later HAL pledged to deliver Tejas Mk1A which will have AESA radar and modern equipment but still IAF does not want it due to continued delays in the project. Note: The interview was conducted on Ticktock Live, so Audio quality wasn't that good, apologizing for that.

There was an engineer inside who thought it was sentient. Think of it as an early version of ChatGPT. In the multiverse, Google probably shipped that 9 months earlier... but the version I saw was a lot more toxic at a level we couldn't have possibly put it out. As a company with this search quality bias, we had a higher bar for what we thought was acceptable product quality. I think they were lucky to also see it on the coding side with GitHub. Maybe there was a signal we were missing. The jumps between GPT-2 and 3 and later 4 were more pronounced if you were using it for coding.

I think I know why it took so long for DK64 to come out. Since this game was designed to have a slow frame rate due to the N64 capability. Nintendo will intentionally slow the game down on some bonus games. Otherwise, it will be impossible to beat, like this one

Aircraft I didn't know existed. The Martin AM-1 Mauler was a Navy dive/torpedo bomber with a short service life (1948-1950). Designed as a replacement for Helldivers, it had poor handling and performance compared to the badass Skyraider. Only 150 were ever delivered.🫡
