People want to know I've put my money where my mouth is when it comes to the principles of this campaign. In 2010, my wife and I pledged to give away the majority of our wealth to charitable organizations and progressive causes, and we are well on our way. To date, we’ve donated hundreds of millions of dollars to causes in California. I wasn't born a billionaire, and I sure as hell won't die a billionaire.
