Terminal Genome Viewer (tgv), written in Rust

Wow, awesome!

Is rust better for performant code? I wanted to create a BAM softclip extractor, and rust_htslib had somewhat better docs (still bad though). I guess string operations will be much easier compared to C

I get this error on my Mac Sonoma when installing with brew: $ tgv -bash: /usr/local/bin/tgv: Bad CPU type in executable anybody else seen this?

this is awesome, just installed (via brew) i don't even have/use igv that much but fun to peruse the genome, and performantly!

Like the style of the old games!
