He's right. Terminator Salvation was a good movie in and of itself. It tried to do something different and not fall into some of the other time travel issues that tripped up some of the other sequels.

Salvation doesn't deserve the hate it got. It's not great but it's good and entertaining and I respect that the director tried to at least do something new. Alot of really cool ideas in that movie

Terminator Salvation was great and reminds me when I watched Rogue One and thought what a great story for Star Wars. I felt the same for Terminator and I think it is cool that Mattson Tomlin mentioned it.

Michael B. Jordan told Variety that he thinks the first two Thomas Crown Affair films “were about rich white guys stealing for fun.” I’m a fan of Jordan, but I don’t agree with his reduction of the first two Crown films. I think they’re both brilliant films with incredible style & outstanding performances. Moreover, I think both films are truly about how love is the ultimate bet. The deeper theme is that love is the highest stakes game a person can play, regardless of how much money is in your bank account. If you haven’t seen the first two Thomas Crown films, I implore you to watch both.
