How many children has it run over since your warning to @elonmusk that it does this? How many people at all has FSD run over? Mine is super cautious around people and none of your videos seem accurate to me… No opinions just real numbers because the post implies it’s run over several already.

@elonmusk @RealDanODowd The bus is not in a traffic lane, it’s off the road. Use of the its STOP sign to halt traffic is not allowed/legal when it is off the road.

@elonmusk @RealDanODowd "The only time a School Bus uses its top lights (the amber and red, and the little stop sign) is for an on road stop to pick up or let off riders. It is a law in Oregon and if they pull off the road, use those lights, it is illegal"

@elonmusk @RealDanODowd The bus is not in a traffic lane, it’s off the road. Use of the its STOP sign to halt traffic is not allowed/legal when it is off the road. Although it should still slow down, be cautious, just in case.

However, HW3 Teslas running FSD v 12.6.4 will still illegally blow past the stopped school bus and run down a child crossing the road. Elon Musk, if the defects can't be fixed on the current hardware, FSD should be disabled until those vehicles have been upgraded. While using FSD I pulled up to this rail crossing as the lights started to flash. Before the arms had dropped the car slowed down on its own and stopped at the white line perfectly. This video then shows how Tesla FSD handles itself once the gates lift and it’s the lead car.

FSD's performance has once again surpassed humans. While waiting at an intersection for the green light, FSD suddenly moved forward. The driver thought FSD was about to run a red light and prepared to disengage. However, FSD only moved forward slightly and then stopped. it didn’t run the red light. It turned out that a car behind was trying to squeeze past from FSD’s left rear side. FSD judged that the space was too narrow and unsafe, as it might get hit, so it moved to avoid the situation. As soon as the cop's lights came on, the car pulled over, and when the officer stayed behind us with the lights still on, the car remained stopped. If you were ever curious like I was about what the car would do in this situation, now you know!

FSD is so painful to use around others at 🛑 controlled intersections without painted lines. You DO NOT need to stop at the 🛑 AND then stop again at the road edge with visibility. By law in 49 states you stop at the road edge with visibility. Look how natural the car is in front of me - they still stopped to 0. Tesla AI - do you know this? Yun-Ta Tsai - just asking for a fender bender with this ridiculous behavior. FSD Yinzer

🚨 Super cool thing Tesla FSD v14.1 did: it proceeded thru this intersection to turn left, but the light had gone to red before the turn could be completed. It put itself in reverse and backed up to the “Stop Here on Red” sign/line. Didn’t proceed at a red or impede others.
