Boat trailer turn signal was not working. Was that Tesla on autopilot/FSD?

With inoperative turn signals on the trailer, it’s quite likely the Model 3 driver didn’t know they wanted to change lanes. This is a good demonstration of why lighting requirements are important. Both drivers likely bored due to traffic jam, hence neither took evasive action.
