Tesla Semi split into two versions. You’ve got options now. Long Range – ~500 miles. Built for distance. Standard Range – ~325 miles. Lighter. Under 20,000 lbs. Standard turns like a Model Y. Yeah, that part matters. Different jobs. Same platform. Tesla

Tesla gave the Model Y Long Wheelbase a family brief and then clearly got carried away. 6 seats. 325 miles of range. 0–60 in 4.4 seconds. Every seat heated and ventilated. Huge trunk. Grok. FSD. This is the kind of family car that makes “practical” sound suspiciously fun. Tesla / Writer: Annette, Designer: Janné

Woah... the Tesla Semi is no joke. The Tesla team really made it the best semi truck in the world. Just check out the main stats shared from Jay Leno's video. • It goes 500-miles for the long-range model, tested fully loaded and also has a a 325-mile standard-range option available - they both handle max payload • It does 1.2 MW charging, which recovers ~60% of the battery (~300 miles of range) in just 30 minutes during mandatory driver breaks • Has a drag coefficient of ~0.4, which is lower than a Bugatti Veyron bc of the bullet-shaped cab and radical center-driver seating (fyi this is a ~7% improvement over previous design) • The battery is engineered to last 1 million miles, has the same cells as the Cybertruck • It's 50% cheaper to operate in California and nearly 20% cheaper per mile nationwide, this includes everything like energy, maintenance, no oil changes • While Jay Leno was hauling 60-70,000 lbs GVW, he said “I don’t even feel like I’m pulling anything…” • The Tesla Semi fleet already logged >13.5 million miles total, with one truck approaching 440,000 miles with 95% uptime • It's ~1,000 lbs lighter overall + 2,000 lb EV weight exemption keeps it at full payload parity with diesel trucks • Regen braking is so strong it descends steep grades at highway speed with almost zero use of service brakes • The truck is proven in Alaska winters with heat pump and minimal range loss • It has a turning radius like a Model 3/Y despite being a full-size Class 8 truck • Tesla has a new dedicated factory near Giga Reno ramping high-volume production this year (tens of thousands annually) with strong customer demand already locked in If I were a business, the Tesla Semi is a no-brainer!

Breaking news 🗞️ 🚨 Tesla just quietly solved a problem in Australia. The Model X is gone from our market. But the new Model Y L Premium AWD might actually be the closest thing we have to a replacement. And honestly… it makes a lot of sense. ⚡ Tesla Model Y L – Key Specs • 0–100 km/h: ~5.0 sec • Range: ~681 km WLTP • Top speed: 201 km/h • Seating: 6 adults • Supercharging: 250 kW • ~288 km added in 15 min 💰 Australian pricing (before on-road costs) Model Y Long Range AWD → $68,900 Model Y L Premium AWD → ~$74,900 So for roughly $6k more, you get: ✔ 3 rows ✔ 6 seats ✔ Much larger cabin ✔ ~400L extra cargo capacity ✔ Longer wheelbase ✔ Even more range 📊 Quick comparison Model Y Long Range AWD • 5 seats • ~600 km range • 0–100 km/h: 4.8 sec • $68,900 Model Y L Premium AWD • 6 seats • ~681 km range • 0–100 km/h: 5.0 sec • ~$74,900 So performance drops slightly, but practicality goes way up. 🇦🇺 Why this matters in Australia Since Tesla stopped selling the Model X locally, there has been a real gap in the lineup for larger families. The Model Y L doesn’t completely replace the X. You lose things like: ❌ Adaptive air suspension ❌ Driver instrument cluster ❌ Falcon Wing doors ❌ Some luxury interior touches But you still get: ✔ Tesla software ecosystem ✔ Supercharger network ✔ Massive range ✔ Practical 3-row seating And at a much lower price than a Model X ever was. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Who this is perfect for • Growing families • Current Model Y owners needing more space • Former Model X buyers • Anyone considering EV9 / EX90 but wanting Tesla’s ecosystem Personally, as a Model X owner, this is the first Tesla sold in Australia that actually feels like a realistic successor. I’m seriously considering replacing my Model X with the Model Y L, possibly around the end of Q2 or mid-Q3 this year. Not a perfect Model X replacement. But for Australia right now? This might be Tesla’s smartest family vehicle yet. ⚡🇦🇺 ORDER NOW : Tesla Australia & New Zealand Tesla AI

A tribute to Tesla's Model S and Model X. For over a decade, these two cars kept doing the same thing: making tomorrow arrive a little earlier. These cars introduced many things that people now barely think about. Massive touchscreens. Software updates. Insane acceleration. Long-range EVs. Real-world AI. Today, it feels normal. Back then, it felt like the future. That's a legacy worth celebrating. Tesla

TESLA SEMI: THE FUTURE OF TRUCKING IS ELECTRIC, EFFICIENT & AUTONOMOUS The Tesla Semi isn’t just another truck—it’s a complete redefinition of long-haul trucking. With production ramping up and deliveries accelerating, it’s already proving why electric Class 8 semis will dominate the industry. Why the Tesla Semi is critically important: •Unmatched efficiency & cost savings ~1.7 kWh/mile energy consumption (real-world data from PepsiCo & early fleets) — far lower than diesel equivalents. Operating costs drop dramatically with electricity vs. diesel, plus massive reductions in maintenance (no oil changes, fewer brake replacements thanks to regenerative braking). •Insane performance 0–60 mph in ~20 seconds fully loaded (500-mile range version), 0–60 in under 10 seconds in lighter configs. Instant torque makes hills and merging effortless—safer and faster than diesel trucks. •500+ mile range on a single charge Real-world highway range exceeds 500 miles even with heavy loads, eliminating most range anxiety for long-haul routes. Megachargers add hundreds of miles in ~30 minutes. •Autonomy-ready platform Built on Tesla’s Full Self-Driving hardware and software stack. Future unsupervised FSD will eliminate driver fatigue, reduce accidents (94% of which involve human error), and enable 24/7 operation—transforming driver economics and safety. •Environmental & regulatory edge Zero tailpipe emissions, helping fleets meet tightening emissions standards (California, EU, etc.). Lower noise pollution for urban deliveries and night operations. •Fleet economics revolution Lower TCO (total cost of ownership) than diesel trucks over the vehicle life. When combined with solar + Megapack charging depots, operating costs approach near-zero marginal energy cost. The Tesla Semi isn’t competing in trucking—it’s redefining the entire category. From PepsiCo’s early fleet to upcoming high-volume production, it’s the truck that makes electric long-haul not just possible, but inevitable 🚛⚡

THE TESLA MODEL S: THE CAR THAT MADE ELECTRIC VEHICLES SERIOUS When the Model S launched in 2012, the entire world still saw EVs as slow, boring, short-range toys for tree-huggers. The Model S changed that narrative overnight. It wasn’t just an electric car — it was a statement. Here’s why the Model S was so important for EV adoption: • It proved EVs could be faster and better than gas cars 0–60 mph in under 4 seconds (later Plaid versions under 2 seconds) while being completely silent and smooth. It beat most supercars off the line and made “electric” synonymous with performance. • It delivered real long-range capability Over 300 miles of range when most EVs at the time struggled to reach 100 miles. Suddenly, road trips became possible and “range anxiety” started to feel outdated. • It introduced over-the-air updates The first production car that could get major performance upgrades, new features, and safety improvements wirelessly — like a smartphone on wheels. This changed how people think about car ownership forever. • It forced the entire auto industry to respond Legacy manufacturers who had been dragging their feet on EVs suddenly rushed to catch up. The Model S basically lit the fuse for the modern EV revolution. • It made luxury electric desirable Premium interior, massive touchscreen, ridiculous acceleration, and futuristic design turned EVs from “compromise” into “aspiration.” Without the Model S proving that electric cars could outperform and out-luxury gasoline vehicles, we wouldn’t have the Model 3/Y explosion, the Cybertruck, or the flood of competitors now racing to go electric. The Model S didn’t just sell cars. It changed the future of transportation. It took EVs from niche to mainstream and showed the world what was possible.

BILL GATES WHERE THE ART THOU?! I hope you're watching the Tesla Semi event tonight... Tesla opens the Semi factory tonight at 6pm PT, live on 𝕏. In 2020 Bill wrote that an electric 18-wheeler would probably NEVER work. "The problem is that batteries are big and heavy. The more weight you're trying to move, the more batteries you need to power the vehicle. But the more batteries you use, the more weight you add, and the more power you need. Even with big breakthroughs in battery technology, electric vehicles will probably NEVER be a practical solution for things like 18-wheelers. Electricity works when you need to cover short distances, but we need a different solution for heavy, long-haul vehicles." BTW, he also bet against the company... he shorted $TSLA. In 2022 Elon texted him and asked if he still had a $ half-billion-dollar short position against Tesla. And he did. On December 17, 2025, Elon said that short was about 1% of Tesla's shares, and that it might have cost Gates over $10 billion by now. Elon even once said Gates told him in person, at Giga Texas, that a long-range Semi was impossible. The Tesla team has been grinding over the years as people gave up on the Tesla Semi program... every year it slipped, more of them walked away. In The Master Plan, Elon wrote the goal down on July 20, 2016... Tesla was NOT going to stop at cars. Heavy trucks had to go electric too, bc that is where a ton of the fuel actually gets burned. The team showed the Semi on November 16, 2017 and PepsiCo took the first ones in December 2022, hauling real freight with them ever since. And tonight they are opening the factory. The building is 1.7 million square feet, next to Gigafactory Nevada. Tesla sized it for up to produce 50,000 Semis a year. And Dan Priestley has said there will be many thousands by the end of 2026. So here are the facts. 1/ Standard Range is about 325 miles. Long Range is about 500. Both of those are at a full 82,000 lb load. 2/ It uses about 1.7 kWh per mile. A diesel Class 8 usually gets around 6 to 7 miles per gallon. A gallon of diesel holds about 38 kWh of energy. At 7 mpg that is a little over 5 kWh of fuel burned every mile. The Semi uses 1.7. The diesel is burning about 3 times the energy to move the same freight. 3/ The long range truck can take up to 1.2 megawatts. Tesla says about 60% of the battery comes back in 30 minutes. That is a driver’s required break, and on the 500-mile truck it is on the order of 300 miles. There is also a 25 kW outlet on the truck, so a refrigerated trailer can run off the battery. 4/ After the driver, fuel is one of the biggest bills a fleet has. $4 diesel at 7 mpg is about 57 cents a mile. Electricity at 15 cents a kWh and 1.7 kWh a mile is about 26 cents a mile. The direction is a lot less $ money per mile, and the price of electricity does not swing around the way diesel does. You also drop the oil changes, the diesel exhaust fluid, and the emissions equipment that keeps parking diesel trucks in the shop. Regenerative breaking slows the truck down, so the brakes last longer. It's clearly a financially better decision for businesses. 5/ Medium and heavy trucks were 23% of US transportation emissions. Transportation was the largest source of America’s direct emissions. These trucks are a small share of the vehicles, yet a huge share of the fuel. Take one diesel doing 100,000 miles a year at 7 mpg. That is about 14,300 gallons. The EPA puts about 22.5 pounds of CO2 in a gallon of diesel. Call it 145 metric tons a year, out of one tailpipe. The Tesla Semi also has no tailpipe, no diesel soot, no NOx on the street next to the warehouse, the port, or the school by the highway. A diesel is stuck burning diesel for the rest of its life. 6/ 800 kW is about 1,070 horsepower, from three motors. A lot of diesel tractors are 400 to 600 horsepower, and a full trailer makes them crawl on a grade while cars stack up behind. The Tesla Semi has the power to keep its speed. Tesla says those three motors can also catch a jackknife. The battery sits low, which makes the truck harder to roll. And Tesla Semis are designed for autonomy. 7/ PepsiCo has been running Semis since December 2022. Einride ordered 500, starting this month, across California, Texas, New Jersey, Illinois, and Georgia, including Amazon freight. This week ZET SCALE, a shipper group with Microsoft and PepsiCo in it, picked Tesla as the primary truck for a program of up to 2,500 electric Class 8 trucks. Tesla’s own account said 2,500 Semis. Kenworth, Volvo, and RIDE are also named in that deal, so the split is one of the things to listen for tonight. IMC ordered 50 for California port runs. DHL and ABF already bought after real pilots. Semis spotted at the factory today already had customer logos on them - PepsiCo, US Foods, DHL, Einride, ABF, IMC, WattEV, OK Produce, and more. So Bill, I hope you’re watching tonight. The truck you said would probably NEVER work is now getting its own 1.7-million-square-foot factory ready to be built at scale. The debate over whether an electric 18-wheeler can exist is over. Now the question is how big this gets. And knowing Tesla, the Semi we see today is probably only the beginning.

🇺🇸 This is the Tesla Model Y in full self-driving mode on the roads of Austin. But the interesting part isn't the car; it's what FSD could eventually do to our concept of distance. Imagine living 200 miles from your office and barely caring about the commute because the car handles most of the driving. Imagine being able to cross states overnight while you relax, work, or eventually sleep, turning journeys that once required flights, hotels, and careful planning into something approaching a very long elevator ride. For more than a century, cars gave us freedom of movement. Autonomy could give us freedom from the driving itself. Writers: Mhedi, Ian

NEWS: Edmunds has rated the new Tesla Model Y the best car they've driven in 2025 after testing more than 200 vehicles. "The ride quality is perhaps the best among its competitors. And those interior build-quality issues? They're entirely gone. The cabin took a much-needed leap forward in both fit and finish and materials alike. Its other positives still remain. There's an incredible amount of cargo room between the large trunk and frunk, acceleration is plenty quick enough for the everyday haul, and you'll net well over 300 miles of range (as long as you don't drive like an absolute loon all of the time). We get that its minimalistic interior won't be for everyone, but hey, at least you get a turn signal stalk."

The haters told me I’d never own a Tesla Model X. Then I bought one. They told me I’d never own a Cyberbeast. Then I got one… and put tens of thousands of miles on it. They told me leaving Apple was crazy… that walking away from a great career to bet on myself was a mistake. Then I became financially free, built my own business, started making more $ doing what I love, and got my time back. They told me posting about Tesla and Elon every day was a waste of time and wasn’t exciting. Then that little account turned into Teslaconomics… it opened doors I never expected. I went from watching Tesla launches online to getting invited into the room. From talking about Robotaxis to actually riding them. From dreaming about the future to sitting inside a Cybercab with no steering wheel and no pedals while it drove me around Austin. And through all of it, there has always been somebody saying: “You’ll never do that.” “You’ll never get that.” “That’s not going to happen.” I’ve learned something over the years… Often times the best thing you can do is stop arguing with people and just keep building your life. Don’t waste your time and energy on them. Let the results answer for you. Now I can’t wait to see their faces when the next-gen Tesla Roadster is sitting in my garage. SpaceX package if Tesla lets me. Some people see something they’ll never have in life. I see the next thing I’m actually going to own. See you when it gets here. And I’ll be smiling at all of them again, saying I told you so, again.

🚨 BMW HAS SOLVED ONE OF HYDROGEN’S BIGGEST PACKAGING PROBLEMS. The company has developed a new “Hydrogen Flat Storage” system for the iX5 that uses seven slim hydrogen tanks instead of two large ones. This flat design fits into the same space as the high-voltage battery pack used in the electric iX5. This is significant because it allows BMW to build the hydrogen-powered iX5 on the same production line as petrol, diesel, plug-in hybrid, and fully electric versions without major changes to the factory or vehicle architecture. The system stores 7kg of hydrogen at 700 bar and gives the iX5 an estimated range of 385 miles. BMW plans to start series production of the iX5 Hydrogen in 2028, using a fuel cell developed in partnership with Toyota. Why this matters: • One of the biggest barriers to hydrogen vehicles has been packaging the tanks without sacrificing interior space or requiring completely separate production lines • This modular “flat storage” approach makes hydrogen powertrains much more practical to manufacture at scale • It gives BMW flexibility to produce multiple powertrains on one platform depending on demand and regional infrastructure The deeper implication: While battery electric vehicles currently dominate, BMW is continuing to develop hydrogen as a parallel technology, particularly for larger vehicles and longer-range applications. Being able to build both BEVs and FCEVs on the same line is a pragmatic engineering step that could make hydrogen vehicles more commercially viable in the future if the refuelling infrastructure catches up. whoever leaked this has bigger balls than sense someone gave a fleet of Claude agents shared memory so they would stop contradicting each other, then measured both the bill and the output: the version that talked most made 2.4x the api calls of the version that won, and hallucinated 34% more than doing nothing at all, 0.658 against 0.492 i ran the same question past two of my own agents afterwards and got two different answers about which file owns the config. each one was individually right and the pair was wrong, which is the whole failure in one line this is Graph Engineering, the layer that decides which agents may talk to each other at all, and it installs into the agent you already pay for: - decide which agents may share state at all, because every edge you draw is a channel a mistake can travel down - measure divergence per PAIR instead of as a fleet average, across what they believe about place, time and task history - gate on that number and stop the pair above your threshold before it reasons, rather than repairing the output afterwards - let compressed summaries replace whole states: the verified protocol landed 0.463 against 0.658 for full broadcast - cut the sync frequency until it hurts, since the winning setup used 58% fewer calls than the one that broke it - never propagate a state nobody checked, because the contamination effect came in at d=1.18, a full standard deviation of extra lying - keep the shared layer small enough to diff, which is what a written standard does and a running conversation cannot - re-run the check after every model upgrade, because this was 8 scenarios on one model family at n=30 per condition - and learn where it does not bite: on plain software tasks every condition converged under 0.2 and the whole effect vanished turns out the ranking is the uncomfortable part: verified summaries 0.463, no synchronisation at all 0.492, full broadcast 0.658. the middle option is doing nothing, and it beat the thing everyone builds first the group agreeing is what it looks like when every agent copied the same mistake, which is why a fleet that hallucinates has a replication problem and keeps getting handed a smarter model instead so the question for your own setup: if you asked two of your agents the same thing right now, would they answer the same way bookmark this one. the layer underneath it, deciding which arrows between agents exist at all, is built step by step in the piece below ↓

🚨🇨🇳U.S. IN PANIC: China's J-35 Stealth Fighter Now in 'Beast Mode' With Increased Firepower China's J-35 fifth-generation stealth fighter has been seen in a new configuration carrying four PL-15 long-range air-to-air missiles on external pylons under its wings. Combined with the six missiles it carries inside its internal weapons bays, the aircraft can now go into combat with up to ten air-to-air missiles in total. 🔸This setup is informally called "beast mode" — a term borrowed from the U.S. military's similar configuration for the F-35. The idea is straightforward: the aircraft trades some of its stealth capability for significantly more firepower. When weapons are carried externally, they increase the aircraft's radar signature, making it more visible to enemy systems. However, the PL-15 missile's long range means the J-35 can potentially engage enemy aircraft from a safe distance before that visibility becomes a serious problem. 🔸The J-35 entered service in 2025 in both Air Force and Navy variants. The naval version is designed to operate from Chinese supercarriers such as the Fujian. Both versions are considered among the most advanced fifth-generation fighters in the world today, alongside the J-20 and the American F-35 — all three of which are regarded as more sophisticated than the older F-22 or Russia's Su-57. 🔸Within China's own air fleet, the J-35 is expected to serve as a lighter and more affordable complement to the larger and more powerful J-20, which carries a bigger radar, heavier weapons load, and longer range. The J-20 is expected to remain the priority for large-scale procurement, while the J-35 fills a broader operational role at lower cost. Do you think the U.S. can really counter it? $Ferrari’s $640k Luce EV is straight-up embarrassing, looks like a fancy Prius that costs as much as a small fleet of actual rockets. That video hits hard: top panel, this red Ferrari “Luce” they’re hyping at $640,000 with 2.5s 0-100 and 530km range. Bottom: some Chinese MGIM (or whatever IM Motors variant) for $43k that does 2.74s and 655km. One Ferrari buys you 15 of the Chinese ones that beat it on paper. Brutal. Ferrari completely botched this. They took their first proper EV, stripped out all the V12 screaming soul that actually justifies the stupid prices, and built a heavy four-door liftback with safe, Jony Ive-ish styling that could pass for a loaded Chinese exec sedan from half a block away. No drama, no aggression, just “most comfortable Ferrari ever” marketing fluff. Who the hell pays supercar money for that? It’s like they forgot what made them special and chased generic luxury EV vibes instead. This is exactly why Ferrari’s losing the plot in the electric world. Acceleration and range are now commoditized, you don’t get to charge Ferrari tax for specs that $40k cars match or crush. Tesla kicked the door down first: showed the world EVs could smoke supercars on the drag strip while pushing constant software updates and real innovation at scale. Then the Chinese (BYD, MG, Zeekr, Xiaomi, IM Motors) went nuclear, battery dominance, insane production speed, yearly refreshes, and they stuff premium features into cars that cost a fraction. 0-100 under 3 seconds? Ferrari’s hedging with hybrids and low EV targets because they know the truth: their heritage premium is getting absolutely demolished by spreadsheet reality. Tesla made high-performance EVs cool and accessible. China turned it into a ruthless value machine. Maranello’s overpriced electric mediocrity just proves the game’s changed and the old guard is still playing catch-up with badges instead of brains.$

🚨🇺🇸🇮🇷 TOMAHAWKS OVER IRAN: WHY AMERICA PULLS THE TRIGGER AND ISRAEL DOESN’T When the U.S wants to hit something far away without asking a pilot to risk becoming tomorrow’s hostage video, it reaches for the Tomahawk. A Tomahawk cruise missile launches from a submarine or warship, drops down to skim the earth, navigating mountains, rivers, and cities until it arrives at the exact building someone in Washington decided shouldn’t exist anymore. Then it erases it. No pilot. No warning. Just a very expensive message. That’s why the U.S loves them when dealing with places like Iran. Iran’s nuclear facilities, missile sites, and command bunkers are buried deep inside a country that has spent decades preparing for air attacks. A warship sitting hundreds of miles away in the Persian Gulf or Arabian Sea can launch dozens of them. The missiles slip under radar, snake through terrain, and hit multiple targets almost simultaneously. It’s warfare designed for the age of GPS and satellites: long distance, precise, and politically convenient, because when a pilot gets shot down, you have a crisis. When a missile does the job, you have a press briefing. So if Tomahawks are so useful, why doesn’t Israel have them? Part of the answer is simple: the U.S is extremely picky about who gets its most advanced long-range strike toys. Tomahawks aren’t just weapons, they’re strategic leverage. Handing them out too widely means giving allies the ability to launch deep-strike attacks thousands of miles away without American involvement. Washington prefers to keep that particular button under its own finger, but Israel isn’t exactly defenseless without them. Instead of buying Tomahawks, Israel spent decades building its own strike arsenal. Long-range aircraft, stealth capabilities, submarine-launched cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles that can reach well beyond the Middle East. The difference is that Israeli weapons tend to be designed around regional wars, not global power projection. America fights with a planetary toolbox. Israel fights with a regional one. And when the target sits deep inside Iran, hardened, defended, and politically explosive, the U.S. Navy’s cruise missiles become the cleanest way to start the fight. Which is why when the opening act of a conflict begins with sudden explosions hundreds of miles inland, there’s a good chance the culprit isn’t a jet.

Big win for open-source LLMs! DeepSeek V4 Pro holds the top open-weights score on SWE-bench Verified, in the GPT-5.5 range. GLM 5.2 leads the open-weight intelligence index and sits near the closed frontier on long-horizon coding. But this leaderboard number is a weak proxy for real performance. It comes from one task set, run through one harness, served at one precision. The same weights can even score differently across providers, since many hosts quantize activations to fp8 and drift the model off its reference weights. Real performance is determined based on whether a model can read a repo, make coordinated edits across files, run the tests, and recover when one breaks. By that measure, the top open models hold up, but only inside the right harness. The teams that actually put DeepSeek V4 into production pipelines as a frontier substitute got there through the harness they built around the model, not by picking a stronger model. If you want to see this in practice, Cline (64k+ stars) has actually built that harness around open models, tuned so they run at production quality. And it's tuned so that these LLMs can run at production quality, with plan and act modes, checkpoints, and terminal feedback. ClinePass is the new access layer on top of it. It runs a curated set of those models inside Cline, narrowed to the ones tested for coding-agent use, with 2 to 5x the standard rate limits and no separate provider accounts, keys, or billing to track. The video below shows the setup, and I worked with the team to put this together. It runs alongside custom keys and local models as well, not in place of them.

A gym asked to repost their workout video. Eight months later, that same gym pays them $10,400 a month. Two friends run one Instagram account together, split down the middle. It started as a joke — a place to dump their workout clips so they'd stop flooding their personal pages. Then the gym they train at reposted one video. Then asked for more. Then offered to pay. That was the whole beginning. One local gym, a small monthly fee to keep their feed looking alive. Here's what they figured out fast: gyms are desperate for content and terrible at making it. Beautiful equipment, dead Instagram. The two of them already film every session anyway — so they started pointing the camera at what the gym needed and handing it over as a finished feed. Now they run it like a tiny agency. Three gyms and two activewear brands pay them to produce a month of content each — reels, captions, the posting calendar, the whole thing. The part that makes it possible with two people and full-time jobs: AI does the 90% that used to need a team. They film. Claude does the rest — cuts one session into 20 clips, writes captions in each client's voice, builds the 30-day calendar, drafts the monthly report that keeps every contract renewed. What used to take an editor, a copywriter, and an SMM manager now runs while they're getting coffee after the workout. 5 clients. Around $2,000 each. $10,400 a month. Their cost to run all of it: under $60. That number doesn't move whether they have 5 clients or 15 — that's the entire model. The wild part is how ordinary they are. No huge following. No personal brand. Two normal girls who train together and realized the footage they were already making was worth money to someone else. Every friend group at every gym is filming the same content for fun and letting it die in their camera roll. These two just asked one gym if it wanted to buy it. The full breakdown — how two people turn shared workouts into a real content business — is in the thread above. Read it before another duo in your city signs those gyms first.
