What if the iPhone Duo launch ad looked like this? GPT Image 2.5 for key visuals. MiniMax H3 for motion, cinematography, and final video. Now they work together inside MiniMax Design — from a product idea to a polished ad in one creative workflow.

Hailuo / MiniMax H3 is here! 🚀 Just ran my first experiment with the new H3 model using an idea I previously tested on the 2.3 version — and the results are surprisingly impressive. This was a true one-shot generation: first attempt, no retries, no selecting the best take. More experiments coming soon as I explore what H3 can really do. 🔥 Diving deeper into Hailuo AI (MiniMax) ✨ #MiniMaxH3

I tested MiniMax H3 and Seedance 2.0 with the same game controller concept, and H3 really stood out to me. The product interactions feel more dynamic. The transitions are smoother. And the overall pacing tells a stronger story. The final result feels much closer to a premium brand commercial.

AI video creation is evolving fast. Just tested Hailuo AI by MiniMax, and I’m genuinely impressed by how fast it turns ideas into cinematic videos. With the new Nano Banana Pro integration, you can generate precise images, restore photos, and render high-quality characters — then instantly transform them into dynamic videos inside Hailuo AI. The whole workflow from image → video feels smooth and powerful for creators who want to move from concept to content quickly. I created a fictional coffee brand called AURELIA to experiment with environmental typography and build a complete commercial using MiniMax H3. The goal was to create a realistic advertisement in which the typography became part of the environment instead of simply appearing on the screen. This commercial focused on natural lighting, realistic movement, synchronized voice-overs, product consistency, and an authentic atmosphere. AURELIA — Awaken your senses. ☕️ Prompt in the comments

In this setup, a Blender blockout provides the motion and composition while a reference image guides the environment, subject, and textures with MiniMax H3. With open weights, you can previs the final look locally for free or run it on Comfy Cloud. To try this workflow, link below 👇

MiniMax H3 is now 50% OFF on Magnific for 2K video, only until September 1. 🔥 I’ve been trying MiniMax H3 on Magnific, and it feels like a big upgrade for AI video creation. It’s not just about turning text into videos. You can use text, images, videos, and audio together in one prompt, giving you more control over the final video. Here’s what makes it stand out: - Multimodal: Use text, images, video, and audio in one prompt. - Multiple references: Add up to 9 images, 3 videos, and 3 audio files. - 2K video: Create videos up to 15 seconds long. - Built-in sound: Generate voice, music, and sound effects with the video. - Easy editing: Remove objects or transfer motion easily. - More control: Control the camera, characters, and voice. You can use it to turn posters into videos, moodboards into short films, and product images into ads. It also helps bring your ideas to life with realistic movement, lighting, reflections, and sound. The workflow is simple: give it your references → generate → edit → refine. Try MiniMax H3 on Magnific:

One image. Multiple premium ad concepts. Fotor lets you take a simple product photo and turn it into polished commercial-style content that feels like it belongs in a luxury brand campaign. From extreme close-up details to premium product showcases and cinematic motion shots, you can create completely different visuals from the same reference. What used to require a studio, camera crew, lighting setup, and hours of production can now be done with AI. Product marketing is moving beyond static images. The real game is creating visuals that stop the scroll and make people remember the product.

I tried MiniMax Design (H3) to see how it handles real content creation. The workflow is simple. You just write a prompt or drop in an image, and it turns that into a dynamic video with motion, framing, and scene depth. No timeline to manage. No editing setup. No back and forth. What stood out to me: • Text to video and image to video both feel smooth. • It handles motion, camera angles, and flow on its own. • Output is fast, usually within seconds. • Works well for reels, quick ads, storytelling, and idea testing. It removes the hardest part: starting from scratch and turns your ideas into content in minutes. Instead of thinking, “How do I make this video?” You start with, “What do I want to create?” That shift alone makes it worth exploring. Try it here: #Hailuo

MiniMax H3 is now on Magnific and honestly, there’s a lot you can do with it. You can mix text, images, videos and audio in a single prompt up to 9 images, 3 videos and 3 audio references. Start creating now: It can generate up to 15s of 2K video with synced sound, including voice, music and effects. And you can go beyond generation too: edit clips, remove objects, transfer motion, and control the camera, character and voice. But the multi-reference workflow is probably my favorite. Give it your product, character, environment and motion references, and H3 pulls everything together. It feels like a much easier way to go from an idea to an actual finished video.

MiniMax H3 is a serious upgrade for AI video creation. Instead of relying on just text prompts, you can combine images, videos, and audio references to control the character, motion, camera, and sound. What stands out: → Up to 9 image + 3 video + 3 audio references → Native synced voice, music & sound effects → 2K video generation up to 15 seconds → Instruction-based video editing → Motion transfer → Better character, camera & voice control The interesting part is that you can build a full scene from references instead of endlessly regenerating until the result feels right. 🔗 Now is a great time to try MiniMax H3 on Magnific, especially with the current 2K offer.

AI video is becoming less about generating a clip and more about controlling the entire scene. 🎬 MiniMax H3 is now available on Magnific, with a multimodal workflow that brings text, images, video and audio together. → Up to 9 image + 3 video + 3 audio references → 2K video up to 15 seconds → Native synced voice, music & sound effects → Motion transfer → Instruction-based video editing → Camera, character and voice control The interesting part is how much you can build from references. A moodboard, product, character, environment or motion reference can all become part of the same generation. And the sound is generated alongside the video, instead of being added afterward. MiniMax H3 on Magnific makes the whole process feel much closer to directing a scene than simply prompting a video.

Most AI video generators can animate a product. Keeping it accurate is another story. I tested Pollo AI Commerce Studio with a Versace perfume listing and was impressed by how well it preserved the original product. The bottle looked consistent from scene to scene, with accurate colors, recognizable branding, and details that stayed true to the original image throughout the video. The final result felt more like a luxury fragrance commercial than an AI-generated video. With over 100 templates and no prompts required, creating high-quality product videos feels surprisingly effortless.

mj style creator → 3×3 grid with nano banana pro → turn it into motion with hailuo 2.3 → final polish using topaz astra this simple workflow helps you think visually before you over generate. starting with a 3×3 grid lets you explore composition, mood and performance in one pass, instead of guessing shot by shot. from there, it’s much easier to choose which frames are worth pushing further, test variations and maintain consistency across scenes. turns your ideas into a clear live storyboard before moving into a full motion. great for a/b testing shots, refining actions and building stronger cinematic sequences with intention. made w x Hailuo AI-MiniMax Hub x Topaz Labs the guide structure is the same as the one i shared before ⬇️

Your product listings don't have to stay static. I uploaded a sunglasses product image to Pollo AI Commerce Studio and turned it into a premium marketing video in minutes. What impressed me most was the quality of the final output. The sunglasses remained consistent throughout every scene, preserving the original frame shape, lens color, and design details without the usual AI distortions. The product looked nearly identical to the original image from start to finish. No prompt writing. No editing software. No manual tweaking. Just upload, choose a template, and generate.

Hailuo 2.3 on MiniMax Design (H3) Prompt: A highly detailed, cinematic overhead shot of a colossal ancient sea monster emerging just below the ocean surface. Extreme close-up on its enormous reptilian eye filling almost the entire frame, textured scaly skin, deep ridges and cracks, glowing amber-yellow-green iris with a sharp vertical black slit pupil. A tiny luxury yacht floats vulnerably on the curved surface of the eye, dwarfed in scale, looking minuscule against the massive creature. Dramatic moody lighting, teal-green underwater glow, misty atmosphere, rays of light from above piercing the water. Cinematic, hyper-realistic, epic fantasy horror style, high detail, 8K, slow motion. The boat gently rocks and moves across the eye as the enormous eyelid blinks once, water subtly rippling, terrifying yet majestic scale, slow camera zoom out.

📖THE STEP MOST CREATORS SKIP IS WHY THEIR AI ANIMATION LOOKS INCONSISTENT Consistency across clips doesn't come from prompting — it comes from the reference image. The pipeline, step by step: ▪ Start with ChatGPT Image 2 — generate a full character design sheet first, not just a single frame. Multiple angles, expressions, and outfit variations in one image keeps the character consistent across every scene ▪ Build a storyboard inside ChatGPT Image 2 as well — define each shot, camera angle, action, and mood before touching Seedance at all. This is the step most people skip and it's the reason clips look disconnected ▪ Define a color palette and lighting mood early — golden afternoon light, soft warm tones, dramatic shadows. Lock those values and repeat them across every prompt ▪ Take each storyboard frame into Seedance 2.0 as the reference image — one frame becomes one clip ▪ Write the Seedance prompt around the character action, not the scene description. The scene is already in the image. The prompt handles motion, camera behavior, and timing ▪ Keep clip duration between 4-6 seconds per shot — shorter clips give more control over pacing and reduce motion drift on character faces ▪ Match camera movement type across consecutive clips — if one shot dollies in, the next should hold or pull back, not dolly again The consistency across these frames comes from the character design sheet, not from luck. Seedance reads the reference image and the prompt together — if the reference is detailed enough, the output stays on-model. This video was created by ALOKXMEHTA 📥 tomorrow: the exact ChatGPT Image 2 prompt structure used to generate a multi-angle character design sheet like this one 🔖One article covers the entire workflow — it is pinned below, do not scroll past it.
