📖THE STEP MOST CREATORS SKIP IS WHY THEIR AI ANIMATION LOOKS INCONSISTENT Consistency across clips doesn't come from prompting — it comes from the reference image. The pipeline, step by step: ▪ Start with ChatGPT Image 2 — generate a full character design sheet first, not just a single... frame. Multiple angles, expressions, and outfit variations in one image keeps the character consistent across every scene ▪ Build a storyboard inside ChatGPT Image 2 as well — define each shot, camera angle, action, and mood before touching Seedance at all. This is the step most people skip and it's the reason clips look disconnected ▪ Define a color palette and lighting mood early — golden afternoon light, soft warm tones, dramatic shadows. Lock those values and repeat them across every prompt ▪ Take each storyboard frame into Seedance 2.0 as the reference image — one frame becomes one clip ▪ Write the Seedance prompt around the character action, not the scene description. The scene is already in the image. The prompt handles motion, camera behavior, and timing ▪ Keep clip duration between 4-6 seconds per shot — shorter clips give more control over pacing and reduce motion drift on character faces ▪ Match camera movement type across consecutive clips — if one shot dollies in, the next should hold or pull back, not dolly again The consistency across these frames comes from the character design sheet, not from luck. Seedance reads the reference image and the prompt together — if the reference is detailed enough, the output stays on-model. This video was created by ALOKXMEHTA 📥 tomorrow: the exact ChatGPT Image 2 prompt structure used to generate a multi-angle character design sheet like this one 🔖One article covers the entire workflow — it is pinned below, do not scroll past it.show more

📖THE BEST SEEDANCE 2.0 WORKFLOW STARTS INSIDE CHATGPT IMAGE 2 One creator can now go from storyboard to cinematic short film without a camera, actors, or a production crew Most creators use Seedance 2.0 as a video generator. The real power comes from combining ChatGPT Image 2 + Seedance 2.0 into a production pipeline. Here’s the workflow: 1.Create a story idea in ChatGPT. 2.Generate a shot-by-shot storyboard. 3. Build character sheets to lock consistency. 4.Generate every scene in ChatGPT Image 2. 5.Define camera movements and actions. 6.Animate each shot in Seedance 2.0. 7.Stitch the clips together into a finished short film. Why this works: • Consistent characters across scenes • Better storytelling • Precise camera control • Faster iteration • Professional-looking results • One person can do the work of an entire production team Use cases: ⁃Viral AI shorts ⁃YouTube animations ⁃Brand commercials ⁃Educational content ⁃Story-driven ads ⁃Social media content The future of AI video isn’t prompting. It’s building production pipelines. 📥Tomorrow I am sharing a workflow that almost nobody is using but absolutely should be. 🔖 The full breakdown from setup to final export is waiting in the pinned article.

CLAUDE + SEEDANCE 2.5 CAN REBUILD A VIRAL VIDEO FROM ITS FRAMES IN ONE CONVERSATION (as, for example, with this whale) Did you notice the difference? Prompt in the comments Made with Seedance 2.5 on MakeUGC ▪ STEP ONE: split the original into frames. Claude pulls one frame per second from the source video and reads each one, so the clip becomes a timeline: leap, strike, swallow, giant, final shot. ▪ STEP TWO: Claude writes the prompt in blocks - subjects, location with real numbers, camera, second-by-second timeline, natural sound, continuity - and swaps the cold grey look for warm golden-hour light. ▪ STEP THREE: five of the original frames go into Seedance 2.5 as reference images, in order, each one mapped to its own seconds in the timeline. The point: the structure of the original survives, the look changes, and every swallow is pinned to a real reference shape. 🔖Save this to try later.

This is why your Seedance 2.5 videos have choppy motion and ruined camera cuts: You’re dropping a full storyboard grid (with shots 1, 2, and 3 in one image) directly into the image reference. Don't do this. The AI engine reads the whole grid as a single layout, destroying the fluid motion. To unlock 10x smoother AI videos, change your workflow: • Use storyboards just to lock your ideas. • Generate separate, clean reference assets for each character/set. • Let the model render the action frame by frame. Isolate your assets and save your credits.

You don't understand... Higgsfield MCP + Claude just automated AI film making. Every single step you used to grind through to make an AI movie, you can now do 10x faster. Drop the script into Claude Opus 4.8 and say: "Here's my script. Break it into a full shotlist. Shot number, scene, shot type, camera move and the action in each frame." Now the whole film is mapped, shot by shot. - Pull your assets. Ask Claude: "From this shotlist, list every character, every location and every prop across the whole film." That's your build list. The stuff you would need to generate and give as references in next steps. - Build the character sheets. Higgsfield MCP is connected, so Claude has hands now to do stuff directly. It generates the images itself. Have the full body, back view and close up in the character sheet. One per character. Each sheet becomes the locked reference for that face. Same move for locations, generate the empty plate for each one before anyone steps into it. - Generate the frames. Feed Claude the references plus the shot and have it write and fire the Seedance 2.0 prompt. "Using the lead's character sheet and the alley plate, generate shot 4 in Seedance 2.0. Low angle, slow push-in, rain." Claude builds the prompt, calls Seedance 2.0 and the frame lands back in chat. Use a Seedance 2.0 skill to teach Claude how to prompt it properly. Now, there are 3 ways to make the shots. Pick one per scene. - Pure prompting. Fastest one. You describe the action in words and let Seedance interpret it. For consistency across a sequence, feed it a frame from the previous shot so the look carries. - Storyboarding. You hand it a panel and it matches that composition exactly. Way more control over how the shot is framed. The tradeoff is that it can introduce more cuts than you actually want. - Path Control System This is the latest technique Seedance 2.0 technique. Generate a still base plate of the scene. Draw a red line across it to mark the exact path of the movement, then describe what's happening. Seedance follows that line for the action. Also ask Claude to remove the red line when animating. This is the one for anything where motion has to land precisely. The output reads like real live action. - Lastly, generate every clip you need, then cut them together. Get it to Capcut for editing and audio design. And that's it. The pipeline that used to need a full crew and a studio can now run from one Claude chat. 2026 is gonna be wild

Create a short film like this in just 1 minute with GPT Image 2.0 + Seedance 2.0. GPT Image 2.0 can naturally combine multiple photos into one single image, while Seedance 2.0 can use that image as a reference to automatically separate the scenes, generate a coherent video sequence, and add suitable background music. This workflow greatly improves the overall creative efficiency. When using this method, simply provide the merged image as a reference for Seedance 2.0 and briefly describe each scene with a simple prompt. This can significantly increase the success rate of the final video. All of the above was created on GPT Image Prompt: Seedance Prompt:

GPT Image 2 + Seedance 2.0 - Prompt Share Created on @MartiniArt_ Created the character in Midjourney, then built the storyboard around that character. This time I used a more detailed video prompt, but I wasn't describing the sequence shot-by-shot. The storyboard acted more as a visual guide for the action flow, camera language and overall narrative than as a strict frame-by-frame blueprint. Looking at the result, the model seems to preserve the key beats, escalation and composition of the storyboard while freely interpreting the transitions between them.

Contact sheet prompting is the hottest AI video technique right now 🤯 One image in → 6 consistent frames out → cinematic video ads in minutes. But everyone's doing it manually. I automated the entire workflow in n8n + Airtable. Here's why contact sheet prompting is blowing up: You give AI one reference image, and it generates a grid of consistent shots — same face, same outfit, different angles. Instant storyboarding, full creative control, no photoshoots. The problem? It's super tedious: → Write the prompt manually → Generate the contact sheet → Crop each frame by hand → Feed frames into a video model one by one → Repeat for every product This n8n automation handles all of it: → Upload character image + product image → AI analyzes both and writes the contact sheet prompt → Nano Banana Pro generates a 6-frame grid → System extracts each frame automatically → Kling 2.5 generates smooth transitions between frames → You get 5 video clips ready to stitch Approval checkpoints at every stage, no surprises. What lands in your Airtable: → AI-generated creative prompt → Core hero image (model + product) → 6-frame contact sheet → 5 cinematic video clips → Full control before each generation step Contact sheet prompting on autopilot. I filmed a 20 minute Loom video showing you exactly how I set it up. Want the Loom + the complete n8n workflow + Airtable base? > Comment "SHEET" > Like this post And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Contact sheet prompting is the hottest AI video technique right now 🤯 If you've seen this technique blowing up, here's why it works: You feed AI one image, and it generates a grid of consistent shots—same face, same outfit, different angles and poses. Instant storyboarding. Full creative control. No reshoots. But doing it manually is brutal: → Write the prompt from scratch → Generate the contact sheet → Crop each frame by hand → Feed frames into a video model one at a time → Repeat for every single product That's hours of work per campaign. This n8n automation handles everything: → Upload a character image + product image → AI analyzes both and writes the contact sheet prompt → Nano Banana Pro generates a 6-frame grid → System extracts each frame automatically → Kling 2.5 creates smooth transitions between frames → 5 video clips land in Airtable ready to use No manual cropping. No frame-by-frame prompting. No tedious busywork. What you get in Airtable: - AI-generated creative prompt - Hero image (model + product) - Full 6-frame contact sheet - 5 cinematic video clips - Approval gates before each step All inside n8n + Airtable. Contact sheet prompting on complete autopilot. I recorded a 20-minute Loom showing exactly how I built this. Step 1 : input your char reference, poster and your product into GPT Image 2 and then put the prompt : Use the woman on image 1 as the main subject. create a vertical poster ad inspired by the reference poster style. show the image 1 woman holding the kimchi jar with her left hand, while the right hand eating kimchi to her mouth. with framing wide lens, low angle from the reference poster. This step is where you lock the visual direction. Step 2 : take the generated image into Seedance 2.0 and convert it into motion. Set it to 1080p if your design includes a lot of typography, this helps preserve text clarity. You can also strengthen your prompt by adding keywords like: “dynamic motion design commercial advertisement” to push the result closer to a polished ad style. Important note : If your design contains heavy typography, expect some inconsistencies in text rendering. The best approach is to generate multiple variations and select the cleanest result. For this sample, I generated it 4 times before landing on the final version.

$📖 MOST CREATORS PROMPT SEEDANCE 2.0 WRONG — HERE'S THE JSON METHOD THAT FIXES IT This workflow takes about 12 minutes and most creators are still skipping it. Here's the exact pipeline: Generate the base frame in ChatGPT Image — keep the prompt specific: subject, lighting, camera distance, mood Drop that image into Seedance 2.0 as the reference frame Use a structured JSON prompt instead of a plain text description — Seedance reads structured data far more consistently than freeform sentences Define camera movement, duration, and motion intensity as separate fields, not buried in a paragraph Example JSON prompt: { "scene": "vast sky realm with floating stone islands and waterfalls pouring into clouds below", "subject": "lone hooded figure in weathered cloak and armor, standing on a cliff edge", "action": "raises both arms to open a glowing circular portal etched with ancient symbols", "camera_movement": "slow push in, low angle tilting up toward the portal", "duration": "6s", "motion_intensity": "medium", "environment": "floating islands suspended in golden haze, twin waterfalls cascading into a sea of clouds", "lighting": "warm backlit sun, golden hour haze, glowing rim light on the figure", "effects": "swirling energy ring, light particles streaming upward, faint lens flare", "color_palette": "teal sky, amber light, desaturated stone tones", "mood": "epic, mystical, ancient power awakening" } Feed that JSON straight into Seedance 2.0's prompt field Render and review — if motion feels off, adjust motion_intensity first, that field controls most of the result Stack 3-4 clips with matching lighting fields for a consistent short sequence The reason JSON beats plain text here: each field is isolated, so the model doesn't have to guess which word controls what. Camera behavior becomes predictable instead of random. This is also where the monetization angle gets interesting — brands paying for short cinematic ads care less about the prompt method and more about consistency across multiple clips. JSON prompting is what makes that consistency repeatable at scale. ~ The video was created by Aastha ~ 📥Tomorrow I will reveal something so underrated it almost did not make it into a post. 🔖Every step of this workflow is documented in the pinned article below.$

Seedance 2.0 + Claude Code is f*cking insane 🤯 I built a Claude skill that creates UGC ads on demand. One product + one prompt = the AI creator, the script, the scene-by-scene shot list, and the finished video. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who can't afford to keep paying $500-$1,500 per UGC video and waiting 2 weeks for revisions. This skill eliminates the entire loop: → Tell Claude the product, ad angle, and length → Skill writes the GPT Image 2.0 prompt to generate the AI creator from scratch → Skill writes every scene prompt, dialogue line, and delivery direction → Pipes it into Seedance 2.0 with character + product + voice locked → Speed up + caption in CapCut → Ship the ad in 20 minutes No more paying $11 per video on Arcads. No more 2-week revision cycles. No more PR boxes to creators who ghost you. What you get: → Perfect character consistency across every scene → Voice consistency that holds clip-to-clip → Real product fidelity using your actual product photo as a reference → Multi-scene day-in-life, testimonial, and action-shot formats out of the box Built 100% with a Claude skill + Seedance 2.0. Beauty ads just changed forever. Free Claude Opus 4.8 + GPT Image 2 + Seedance 2.0 workflow to spin up 100s of video ads. No studio, no model, no macro lens, no shoot day. Here's what nobody in beauty marketing wants to say out loud. That glossy lip shot. The droplet hitting the surface in slow motion. The whip-pan into the next scene. The crystalline product splash. All the stuff that used to need a real set, a real camera op, and a full shoot day. You can generate every frame of it from a text prompt now, and stitch it into a finished ad before your coffee goes cold. The workflow is almost stupidly simple: → Tell Claude Opus 4.8 the beauty shot you want (dewy skin macro, gloss-on-lips contact, ripple transition, the works) → Claude turns it into a shot-by-shot storyboard plus a prompt for every frame → GPT Image 2 generates the photoreal stills, frame by frame → Seedance 2.0 animates each one into a clip with that buttery slow-mo glide → You drop the clips into HeyOz and assemble the full ad in one place The real unlock is volume. This isn't one hero video. Once the workflow is dialed, you spin up hundreds of variations. Different shades, different models, different hooks, different transitions. The exact creative volume Meta rewards, minus the production cost that used to make it impossible. Old way: one shoot, one look, $10k+, weeks of waiting. New way: a hundred angles, any look, a few dollars each, same afternoon. I wrote up the entire workflow. The Claude storyboard prompt, the GPT Image 2 frame prompts, the Seedance motion settings, the full assembly flow. Completely free, no email gate. Want it? Comment "GLOSS" and I'll send it straight over. (make sure you're following so it can actually reach you)

Seedance 2.0 has a fix for character drift almost nobody uses. Every new text description is a fresh interpretation of appearance. That's where the drift comes from: a slightly different face, a slightly different outfit, proportions that shift from scene to scene. The @ Image tag solves this directly — attach a photo once, and it becomes the fixed source of truth for face, outfit, and proportions across the entire multi-shot sequence. The @ Video tag works the same way for motion and camera — tag a reference instead of describing it, and the model copies that exact style instead of an approximation. You're not making the model remember. You're just stopping yourself from reminding it differently every single time.

OSAKA If you want to turn these into a video you can use this Seedance 2.0 prompt: Use the provided image board @[image1]. Do not treat the full grid as a single image. Treat each panel as a separate shot or cut, and animate them as a short nostalgic cinematic sequence. Bring each panel to life with smooth motion, subtle camera movement, soft transitions, and consistent subject, mood, lighting and style across all shots. No text

GPT Image 2 + Seedance 2 = cartoon chase scene. I wanted to see how far I could push storyboard-to-video consistency, so I created a full 15-second cat vs mouse sequence inside a completely destroyed house. The process was actually simple: - generated a 3x3 cinematic storyboard sheet in GPT Image 2 - designed every frame like a real animation pre-production sketch - added camera directions, motion cues, timing notes, and destruction progression - used Seedance 2 to animate the entire sequence into one continuous cinematic shot flow What surprised me most was how well Seedance 2.0 understood the visual continuity between frames. The flying debris, motion blur, exaggerated jumps, and camera movement felt surprisingly cohesive. . . .

Seedance 2.0 has the most accurate character swap available in my opinion. It's managed to maintain complete scene continuity. I can't see anything else that has changed in the entire scene. It's also maintained accurate camera motion and character movement and just swapped out the character as instructed. The best way to see accuracy is to showcase both clips. All you have to do is upload the video you want to replace the character in as an OMNI Reference and an image of the character to replace them with and type in the following prompt and adjust as needed: Keep the scene the same but just swap the women with the grey shirt with a completely different person, it's the black female in Image1 wearing a dark blue knitted sweater. #CapCutSeedance2 CapCut

GPT Image 2 + Seedance 2.0 Prompt Share Created on mitte.ai I didn't use a character sheet for this generation. I directly used the character images I created in Midjourney. Since the visual style transfers into the video surprisingly well, it's actually a really effective for style transfer. This time I also added a bit more detail to the Seedance prompt itself. You can definitely achieve similar results without storyboards too, they're not mandatory but I think they're one of the best ways to previsualize scenes, pacing and even camera angles before generation. Also, this storyboard prompt is still a bit long. I'm currently experimenting with more compact version of it too. You can check the prompts below.

Seedance 2.0 - Cinematic Summoning VFX Prompt This prompt generates a multi-cut VFX showcase with a clear progression. It’s designed for realistic 3D with grounded physics, natural character motion and readable, production-style VFX. You don’t need to define the summon, but you can specify what is being summoned if you want control. If you leave it open, the model decides based on the character sheet. You can find gpt image 2 character sheet prompt in the quoted post. Also, this isn’t limited to summoning. You can reuse the same VFX structure for anything, just swap the effect logic. Just change the parts about summoning. Prompt in the replies 👇

gemini omniflash is actually f*cking cracked. you can animate/edit any video with a text prompt. character swaps, object transforms, full environment changes without regenerating/rotoscoping. everyone using AI to to animate and edit videos right now hits the same wall. the clip comes out 90% right and you regenerate from scratch hoping the 10% fixes itself. it never does. the fix is using your video as the input. omniflash edits what's already there instead of rolling the dice again. here's what's in the system: > the two-layer premiere trick: generate the same shot twice (one with background removed), stack them, cut at one frame, instant scene change > character swap with a single reference image (plus the one line you need or the model keeps the original's features) > object transforms that leave the rest of the frame untouched: stone into glowing sphere, candles into flowers > style transfer from an image reference instead of text, way more accurate > why stacking edits in one prompt breaks everything and the exact step order that doesn't > the audio limitation nobody mentions and how to work around it i packaged every prompt, the edit sequence, and the premiere layering setup. RT + reply "OMNI" and i'll send it over.
