Responding with a dismissive GIF image to the United Jewish Appeal (UJA) Federation of New York's October 10, 2023 post on Twitter/X in which UJA thanked Mayor Adams for standing with Jews and Israel and for attending a gathering in NYC in recognition of the 1,200 innocent people (including 47 Americans) who were murdered by Hamas in Israel on October 7th. 4. Responding with the same GIF was used in direct response to Adams' tweet as well, on the same day. 5. Responding with four question marks to a video of an Israeli neighborhood singing the Israeli national anthem, Hatikva ("the Hope") on October 10, 2023. 6.
