View it here: Let me know what you think. I will continue to explore this more in the coming days.

The interesting part isn’t just making research papers interactive. It’s making complex ideas easier to explore, understand, and actually learn from. If this keeps improving, the way people interact with technical research could change quite a bit.

yup. we are working on it

That’s the part I find most exciting. If research becomes something you can interact with rather than just read, the bottleneck shifts from access to understanding.

Big step towards mechanistic interpretability 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Just trying ways to explore intelligence and new information is very cool. Not perfect, but I feel limited only by my imagination now.

Honestly every important AI paper should ship like this. Way easier to learn when you can poke the idea instead of rereading the same paragraph.

we are working to improve this rapidly. very excited what gpt-6 astra can enable.

Nice tests. Curious, have you tried Astra for actual text editing/rewriting workflows yet? Still figuring that part out.

Not yet. But I have something I want to test it on in the next few days. I developed a nice workflow that works even with GPT-5.6 Sol, so I am expecting things to improve, but you never know with new models because of the alignment stuff. Will share more on this soon. Check this out: I will be testing this same flow with GPT-6 Astra.

Appreciate you sharing this. Looking forward to seeing how your workflow holds up on Astra, especially with the alignment differences you mentioned. Will check out the resource in the meantime. Thanks!

Making research explorable changes how ideas propagate. The constraint is still fidelity: interactive forms only help if the underlying claims stay intact.

we’re going to have to rethink how we learn from research turning a paper into something you can actually play with makes a huge difference actually though.

we've collectively read the transformer paper so many times it basically visualizes itself at this point 🐈⬛

It's like a model holding down the fort just got an upgrade to 6 stars.

Nice, transformer paper was the one I first applied the ASD-STE100 tip to.

Would love a “show me where the paper says that” button on these. Easy to trust an explanation when it comes with a nice animation.

awesome really awesome

The author’s implementation code is deprecated.

Sol built a mu ch beautiful one for me than this

share please

The Transformer paper got rebuilt as an interactive explainer by a model the Transformer paper made possible. The homework is now grading itself.

Interactive papers would help so much

Slop

Did you generate the frontend code directly in one single prompt.
