Wouldn't block a modern bullet. Not even 9mm.

Nice shot, right in the strongest part of the armor. Though it looks like even in the other parts it wouldn't be a serious injury, maybe a shallow bullet wound. Nothing that would knock someone out of the fight.

Early modern, not medieval. That said though there are examples of late medieval plate that could stop a bullet... assuming your smith didn't cheap out on you!
