the oldskool graphics are part of the attraction for playing retro games, none the less this is a great idea and gives the games a new unique look! Switching from old to new mid game would be awesome to play with.

The hard part is preserving the original sprite charm. Ranma unfortunately looks worse. But Sonic, unexpectedly looks better. Really great work.
