Testosterone pretty much does nothing to actually masculinize you except for growing muscle. probably a reason why girls are not really into the amount of muscle bodybuilders have, it doesn't really reflect the masculine essence of a man at all. you inject Testosterone in your veins and become more...

You have zero idea of how male endocrinology works. You think AAS are IV administered, you think DHT and T are completely separate hormones, you don’t understand the role of estrogen and testosterone as it relates to mental health. I’m sure you’re also wrong about nearly everything else, but this is just in one post! The world would be a better place without your god-awful, retarded takes.

i know anabolics are administered into the muscle fibers, i know that higher T equals higher DHT and i do know estrogen and testosterone play an important role in mental health at the end of the day you fell for the (mostly) bait, even though anabolic steroids still clearly mess you up mentally like you, who can’t control his emotions on Masteron

-The anxiety created by exogenous testosterone is partly caused by excess conversion to E2. And everyone has a different level of sensitivity to it. -DHT is also a metabolite of testosterone. Higher T, higher DHT, all else equal. To say that testosterone causes anxiety and doesn’t masculinize you are blanket statements. It depends who you are talking about, their current hormonal levels, and what their dosing protocol is. And how you are measuring masculinization.

As long as you have an optimal T:DHT ratio (between 8:1 and 4:1) Injecting Testosterone is actually all you need since it will metabolize into DHT via 5-ar Issue nowadays is that lots of young guys are scoring 20:1 and over on that ratio Glycine and nicotine won’t do shit (nicotine actually just prevents DHT into metabolizing into 3-diols via inhibiting 3-HSD) to raise DHT This person will need to administer estered DHT until his ratio problems are fixed

almost everyone scored an improper 20:1 ratio nowadays

You know the thing with random rewards? The thing is that you never get what you want, right? And everyone is hoping for Manga Kenji Skin now... but is it really everyone? What does your heart most desire? If you look back at your life journey, are you where you wanted to be? And if not, why not? What changes would you have made in your life to be happy with yourself? Because this is what really matters. Your reaction to this reward is only a reflection of how deeply you feel inside, isn't it? Is the reward good? Is the reward bad? Isn't that only a matter of perspective? ANYWAY, enough talking, let's finally announce the reward you will receive today, after you watch this video, and after you read this text... But, what is the point of having the reward written here in this text, if it's also announced in the video AND announced in the game... isn't all of this pointless? What does it matter what door you open in the end, right? Some of them have hints, some of them don't, it's pretty much random. OR IS IT? The Mega Box door was pretty obvious, wasn't it? I guess some of them DO have hints, and some of them don't. We did say that in the video actually... the trick is to find out which ones are misleading and which ones are not. To be honest, the plain white door wasn't designed with Manga Kenji in mind... you were the ones who came up with your own theory and when it didn't land, you thought we fooled you, but in reality, you fooled yourself. But one thing I can say, we've seen a lot of crazy theories out there, and some of them are actually right, surprisingly. Maybe an accident, maybe whoever came up with that theory is a future version of me. It can happen, I read it in a book once. Or maybe not. ANYWAY, hope you have enjoyed today's reward, and let's bring the community together to vote for the best door today! #ScaryDoors

How much physical energy does it ACTUALLY cost you to worry about the future? Dr Martin Picard's research argues stress isn't just a mental weight - it's an expensive biological tax on your cells. In his lab, when human cells were exposed to stress hormones, the energy cost of just staying alive inside those cells shot up by 60% (He’s also the scientist whose team literally sliced a human brain into 703 cubes just to map how energy moves through it 🤯) You have a stressful morning, a difficult conversation, or a few anxious thoughts you can't shake, and by 2pm you feel completely drained. Your mind is tired, but your cells are genuinely exhausted. Dr Martin Picard is a Professor of Behavioural Medicine at Columbia University and I sat down with him to understand how our emotions and lived experiences physically change the mitochondria inside us - the tiny structures responsible for producing all the energy we rely on. My energy has always felt a bit like roulette. Some days I wake up feeling incredible, other days I feel like I've done the exact same things but I've got nothing in the tank. Martin completely reframed how I look at this. Energy isn't just a biological default; it's one of the most important scientific questions of our lives. We discussed things like: - Why you can do everything “right” (sleep, diet, exercise) and still wake up completely exhausted. - The physical tax of stress and what a single anxious morning does to your cells. - Why mitochondria are the missing link behind burnout, depression, and chronic fatigue. - What actually dictates your cellular energy day-to-day. - The truth about whether fasting, meditation, deep purpose and relationships can rewrite your biology. This is a conversation about understanding what your body is constantly responding to where your energy is actually going and why so many of us feel tired in ways that more sleep or more food don't always solve. If you feel flat, anxious, or exhausted and can't explain why - this one's for you.

🎥| “Well, for starters, it's not the first time I've heard a story like that, you know, of people kind of being inspired to work in the industry. Um, and I think that's really cool, you know. I've always been a big believer that the more fans that work in the music industry, the better for the music and the better for everyone, really. You know, they're definitely the most passionate people. Um, you know, especially the likes of like managements or record labels, these kind of opinions are vital. [Fan: We live it, like, quite literally.] Absolutely, absolutely, yeah. There's not really, you know, it's not about kind of guessing, it's, like you say, you guys kind of live that life. So, I think it's really, really important, it's really cool that it seems to be happening more and more, um, which I think is great. Um, in terms of the relationship with the fans, something I really, really cherish. it's a really funny thing, you know, when you've grown up together, but that ‘together’ to me is, you know, a decent chunk of people. It's a funny concept to me, really, in general. But I feel very, very lucky to have it, and I feel really—I think I've always felt quite protective over my fans as well, and I think... that is a nature of kind of growing up together, you know? I feel like we've got each other's back like that. [Fan: I feel like you have a unique relationship with your fans that is not common amongst artists today, so we really appreciate that, the effort you put in and the care.] I like to, yeah, I like to think so. I mean, I feel very, very blessed that wherever I am, you know, wherever I am, there's a certain kind of level of support and passion, you know? And that... there's a friend, exactly, that's lovely.” via Jesslyn Downey

BETANIZATION: The Foolishness and ignorance of modern men: Being educated is not being wise. The modern man is highly educated. But lacks wisdom. He is a fool. Foolishness is having the knowledge but refusing to apply the knowledge. This man has a Doctorate (PhD) in Business Administration and Strategic Information Systems from The University of Nairobi. However, the betanization of his masculine essence renders him foolish and ignorant. When men fail to tap into their masculine frame they become foolish. — and foolishness is tragic. Your career might be illustrious but if you are a beta male, you are still foolish and ignorant. Foolish men die poor, dejected, lonely and hopeless. In old age, their wives and children abandon them to suffer and die. Of course, it is painful when your wife takes away your children and blocks you from accessing them. It is even painful when you invest a portion of your wealth to empower your wife who later dumps you. It is painful. Very painful. But pain is what makes a man. No man found success without experiencing pain. Pain unleashes two kinds of beasts in men: - CATACLYSMIC BEAST - ANACLYSMIC BEAST Cataclysm is malevolence, destruction and violence. Anaclysm is silence, construction and excellence. It is therefore upon a man to turn his pain into lessons. He should use these lessons to rediscover himself and become an even better man. Do not be weak. Do not allow pain to turn you into a cataclysmic loser. #BetterTogether
