Houston (and Dallas and Austin), we have a problem. This video, the last in a series called "7 Islamist Networks in Texas" that Sam Westrop of Texas Public Policy Foundation and posted on Youtube and Facebook is chilling. (I do not know who the commentator is.) I hope that Aaron Reitz is investigating this illegal foreign operation in his jurisdiction. The problem we have with Texas enforcement is that the DAs in the three counties where these networks operate have no interest in enforcing Texas law (or Greg Abbott 's terrorist designation of the Muslim Brotherhood). To address the problem, Governor Abbott is pushing for state level prosecution of Texas law next session. My group, Texas Constitutional Enforcement, will be enthusiastically helping him.

Gavin Newsom Governor Gavin Newsom issued guidance to local law enforcement today, reminding them they have the authority to investigate and prosecute federal agents for state law violations. “Local and state law enforcement agencies have the authority to investigate and prosecute — if appropriate — crime that occurs in California even if that crime is committed by a federal official," Bonta said. Bonta’s message to President Donald Trump: “If the President of the United States of America breaks the law… and hurts Californians, I’m going to sue him… follow the damn law.”
