Not that it makes a real difference because Biden is going to get rebuked by TX voters anyway. However, the fact that a Democrat state barred a Republican candidate from the ballot, reminds one of 1860 when 11 Democrat states (confederates) barred Lincoln from their ballot. It was a total of 88 electoral votes (out of 303). That was 29% of the total votes. Even then, Lincoln won by a landslide. Out of the remaining 215 votes, he got 180. Today, Colorado has 9 votes out of 540. Trump will still get at least 60% electoral votes (Ohio will vote for him). It can even go higher than that. Also, with this act, Democrats becomes the only party in our history, which tried to subvert democracy, twice, using judiciary as their weapon.
