Every school district has locally elected school board that oversees the budget and expenditures of the district. On top of that, every school district receives an outside financial audit, the results are shared with the public. They also receive afinancial rating from the state.

A bit of an embellishment to say there’s no accountability for how school $$ are spent. Schools are easily one of the most regulated and audited government entities in existence. 🤔

If you want accountability then change the open records laws.

You waste more money than private schools cost.
