No. The vehicle parked there is the problem. next the bus..not sure why he is using service lane and that too soo fast. He shud have seen the car turning anyways....he was on phone probably.

He did not cut lane… he was going properly… the issue was with illegally parked truck. Its not a parking area

At this point when the driver has to check the incoming traffic... he is blinded by that parked truck and the auto that went past him. The parked truck is also a cause while it is negligent driving by the car cutting the lane.

Actually there is some fault. he was at some amount high speed which caused him to swerve. Not fully but he is also at some fault. The Car driver's license must be cancelled or at least 1 year jail.

The Bus driver was definitely at fault. He is too fast in a service lane, driving with a speed he could not control, partly. There is one more silent culprit, the truck driver who stopped just before the turn, because of which, both car driver and bus driver could not see each other, so as to control their vehicles.

Are you kidding me? Yes the car is at fault for pulling in without checking. HOWEVER why was the bus going so fast in a service lane?!?! IF there are cuts in the road, you are supposed to plan for people coming in. How did he ever plan to stop the bus? The bus is equally at fault

Root cause as per me - The cut should have been 500 meters before the petrol pump Lorry is blocking view for both car and the bus, it should not have been parked here

Why is the bus moving at such high speed in a service lane? Why didn't the bus apply brakes? There is a petrol pump, vehicles are expected to cross The car took a legal turn to reach petrol pump. The car even stopped for the auto and moved slowly. Bus drivers are rash as always

The real culprit is the truck which is wrongly parked obstructing visibility of the car and the real culprit will get away without any problem. The truck should have been parked on the left side of the road.

Many things wrong here. Bus speeding too much on a service road, truck parked wrong side blocking visibility, car driver didnt wait & see and ofcourse the divider should be big enough to stop vehicles taking a turn to petrol station from the main road.

Classic accident scenario: the parked truck is blocking the view of the bus driver, who couldn't see the car trying to cross But car could have seen the bus coming their way and double checked. Car driver must be jailed and license suspended.

The fault is with the Truck parked on the Road.

I would say, the main culprit is the stupid Truck driver who has parked on service lane and like this. Secondly is the Bus driver who is driving like maniac as he should know there are cuts and it is the petrol pump so, he should have slowed. Thirdly, the Car driver.

There was no fault on the part of the car driver or the bus driver. The fault was only with the truck driver, as he had parked his truck on the right side of the road.

The fault is with the truck driver who has parked on the right side blocking the view along with fast speed of the bus and the condition of the bus in which it couldn't break on time

1. Lorry parked just before a uturn blocking the view for coming vehicles. 2. Bus going too fast on service road. 3. U turn taking car not checking the blind sided view before moving ahead. This is a nightmare to even watch let alone experience it in real.

That parked lorry is a blind spot so what should the bus driver do. He should slow down. And who drives a bus in such speed in service road. By the way all three are equally responsible. Car ,parked truck and the bus and the victim is a car that is filling it's fuel and the bunk

Why bus is coming at high speed in service road ? We must have speedbreakers in service roads. This is the important missing thing behind this accident !! The road contractor must be accountable

1. Lorry parked on Service lane, creating a blind spot 2. Not sure if that’s 2-way, if it’s 1-way then auto is on wrong side

Also its failure of the petrol pump to break the divider to get more customers directly from the highway. You can see another car directly using that path. They broke NHAI road to ease there business as well.

Where has he cut the lane. He was driving in left most lane and at authorised exit he took left turn for petrol pump. The parked truck is at fault Also bus was driving fast

These truck drivers are real issues, they park trucks on roads and causes many accidents. Illegal parking on roads should attract fines worth lakhs for any vehicle.

So many things are wrong in this video that I’m not able to fine anything going the right way. The bus is speeding for a service lane Auto on wrong side, trailer parked, car cutting lane and turning on blind spot. We are banana republic for road safety.

The main culprit is the wrong parking of truck. RTC did a great job in saving the lives, and shown control.

Rtc driver was fast on service road, did not apply brakes, saved the person who made mistake to crash into a car which is stationary.

First of all its a service road not parking area, see a truck parked in service road that's why the car driver couldn't see bus coming, indian road infrastructure is a joke, traffic sense is not available for indians

Service road is to drive slow, not ride like High way or race tracks Both Bus and truck are the major mistake While the car coming and entering in service lane made mistake due truck blocking view, which eventually took blind turn and bus coming at hispeed made it worse

The real culprit is the truck parked at the side lane blocking visibility of the car driver changing the lanes. Car driver also lost alertness due to the auto rikshaw coming from the wrong direction.

Holy duck!! 1. That lorry shouldn't have parked there 2. That car should have to wait and slowly move out 3. The bus driver would have blown up 100 people in flames, he should have applied brakes and not go sideway

The tipper lorry has been parked over there which blocks the view of car driver and the bus. That Idiot is responsible. Not mistake of bus driver nor car driver but they should have been more careful.

Truck : not faulty if that is having a break down Auto : since it’s a Sevice road, still can proceed with caution Car : complete blind spot due to parked truck Bus : not sure about the speed, but why the hell did he not apply brakes at all until he rammed into a car in petrol bunk
