@SaulStaniforth Look at Leadbetter nodding along, knowing full well that she & her party do not support striking workers in the slightest.

Incredible we are at this point considering what the pandemic showed us to be real: Key workers are essential to a function in society. What young person will choose a career in nursing, teaching, civil service now that the Conservatives have shown us what pays & what doesn't?

"The NHS has more funding now than ever" About time people called this nonsense out. Yeah, there is more money going into it, but billions of it is being given to their mates for dodgy contracts like a failed track and trace and defective PPE like Mone and co got. Corrupt govt.

Thank god for the superb @novaramedia commentators. What class acts they all are! Bright, articulate & amazingly well-informed. They lighten the darkness of two atheist crinks here in Cheshire. Well done - keep it up. Great to hear that Tysky is expanding!

@AyoCaesar The most important part of that is at the end when it is mentioned that the growth in spending on the NHS has massively declined the BBC presenter says " and that is true"

Well said Dalia - more power to your elbow!

@schreiker1 Why is Kim Leadbeater sagely nodding but refuses to go on a picket line or call for an end to public sector pay cuts?

@keepsayingit1 I’m surprised the media arm of the gov’t, the BBC, didn’t shut her down.

@daliagebrial Well said Dalia. Withdrawing labour is the last resort, this is on the Govt. They spread a poisonous narrative, turn workers against teachers, nurses, they have failed in their remit to secure robust, and thriving public services. Profit over people time and time again.
