You need shilled workers especially engineers. Because ford vehicles are junk. My family bought ford all our lives up to a few yrs ago when ford stopped standing behind what they sell such a shame to see a company your family had faith in let you and your family down.

The people who do them matter. And America’s future depends on them. America is currently facing a skilled trades crisis: an estimated 2.1 million positions could go unfilled by 2030. As a proud Angeleno, the fires that have devastated our county have been heart-breaking. I am so fortunate that while my own home in the Palisades was at risk and had some damage from the fires, I am safe. So many others cannot say the same, and my heart goes out to all of those who have been affected and are rebuilding their lives from ash. I wrote this poem, “Smoldering Dawn”, to process my own fears and prayers for us as we come together as a community to heal from this trauma. While we mourn what we have lost, we also give thanks to the first responders, firefighters and civilians who have fought so tirelessly to combat these fires and ensure the safety of so many. To honor them, I’m releasing this poem as a fundraiser for the California Fire Foundation, which is offering support and aid to firefighters families, as well as those who have been impacted by the fires. 💛 Give what you can, help who you can, stay safe, and this too we shall conquer.

Q: Engine changes that you can make with ADUO, is the title still possible for you & the team? "It's unlikely from from an update perspective it's not like now we can just bring an update next week it takes months and months and months to develop and change components on the engine to prove it to make sure it still holds reliability and it's it's a long long development process so whether or not the engine will catch up this year it's highly unlikely I would say that the engine is going to catch up this year with the time we have left it's more the opportunity close the gap for next year, power wise." Q: But do you think... "But in terms of the title I'm still... I think if we we can still outdo people in terms of how we develop the car a car is very good the the downforce package that we have is really good we're gonna have to double up make sure that we're always one step ahead of everyone in terms of advancing that so we can go through the corners quicker and catch up the deficit we may lose down the straights improve efficiency so we maybe can improve a bit on drag for example to try and close that gap in speed but you know and there's lots of different things happening in all these different tracks so you know never say never and I just keep pushing give it absolutely everything." This Wednesday, we’re taking volunteerism beyond normal. The drains at Darkuman Junction are completely blocked, causing flooding, heavy traffic, and gradual destruction of the road. Instead of waiting for someone else to act, we’re stepping up to make a difference. To get this clean-up started, we urgently need: 🚜 A backhoe to clear the blocked drains. 🚛 A tipper truck to haul away the waste and debris. We are calling on individuals, businesses, organizations, and anyone who cares about our community to support this cause. Whether you can provide the equipment, sponsor the work, or connect us with someone who can help, your support will have a lasting impact.
