Just made these loaded twice-baked potatoes with grilled steak for my son who came home absolutely starving after practice. We crisped up the potato skins, stuffed them with cheesy chive mash, piled on the cubed steak, and finished with that creamy sauce on top. As I was watching this compilation I realized it’s been about a year since I cleaned out my pantry… however I did recently tackle the refrigerator. Big mistake. Found a jar of mayo that expired in 1997. My husband walked in and hit me with ‘It’s sealed, it’s fine!’ Babe… this mayonnaise has Medicare, voted in the Clinton administration, and survived Y2K just to haunt my fridge. It’s not a condiment, it’s a whole senior citizen with better longevity than most of my houseplants. Throwing it away felt like a Viking funeral. Moral: Watch these videos at your own risk… your pantry is judging you right now. 😂

Good morning, let me bring something to your attention. This is Mwenge Primary School in Kwale (see the signpost in the reply). The school has over 300 pupils. Yes, there’s an NGCDF block, but because of the big numbers, many kids still study in mud-walled classrooms. On top of that, they face serious water challenges. I’ll share a photo of where they fetch water. When it rains, it becomes a mess. When it’s dry, water is a nightmare. Standing there, you honestly feel like you’re not even in Kenya.

They say “Never meet your heroes”… But that saying always bugged the heck outta me - because I’ve always felt if you’re a “celebrity” of any caliber and you’re LUCKY enough to have some fame and influence - then be grateful for the position you’re in and be KIND and GOOD to people — ESPECIALLY OUR KIDS. Sure I’ve met some a#%holes as an adult, who I was so excited to finally meet and wound up being super disappointed- but that further cemented how I feel about fame. When I was a little boy, I finally met one of my heroes - Muhammad Ali 🐐- he was so sweet and kind to me. Made a MASSIVE POSITIVE impression on me that I never forgot. Marco - it’s great to meet you, shake your hand and give ya a hug. Keep up the great work in school and THANK YOU big man for being my biggest fan!!! 🤜🏾🤛🏼 ps, us big boys cry too 😉🥹💪🏾
