HIP MOBILITY - THREE moves to explore rotation of the hips. First one is seated where we can pry a little more having leverage to dive deep into internal rotation. Second is exploring IR rotation from a squat and third is a combo of the figure 4 contour and elevated pigeon.

Better Hip Rotation For Golfers🏌️‍♂️ Spend 30 seconds a day on this exercise 🙂 It’s a simple way to work on internal and external rotation of both hips. Having good hip rotation makes a good golf swing a little bit more manageable! 🔃Retweet if you have given this a try!

We noticed a lot of instability during single-leg movements and rotation, so we included supported hip airplanes to improve glute activation, balance, and hip control.

This DIY bottle cap mini-cannon is actually insane. Definitely adding more crazy gadgets like this to the reaction rotation.

HIP AND LOWER BACK emphasis on our middle of the week mobility session. Goal is loading rotation and getting some length while still imprinting those patterns with strength. Incline Bench Pigeon Rotations QL Hip Drops Half Kneeling Lateral Tilts Suitcase Carries

1/7 — Exercise 1: Standing hip rotation The useful part here isn't simply lifting the knee. It's controlling the leg while the pelvis stays relatively quiet. That makes this more of a control drill than a passive stretch. Move slowly enough that you can tell whether the motion is actually coming from the hip—or whether the rest of your body is helping you cheat the range.
