The USA doesn't want to plunder Canada. The Euro elites have been using Canada as an economic weapon against the USA since Canada was created. They've never gotten over the War of Independence. The Americans (rightly so) want for us to clean up our backyard because we've been a horrible neighbour on many fronts.
