The majestic Norwegian Forest Cat and that legendary tail! 🐈❄️ Did you know its tail is typically as long as its body? This thick fur acts as a natural muffler to survive freezing Scandinavian winters. A true king of the woods.

As a masters sprinter, the reverse lunge is a pillar movement for strength/power/speed It should be for all athletes that move bipedally/unilaterally (runners, tennis, footy etc) And it should be as we age: balance, stability, and minimising fall risk begins with single leg power

Physio Ball Dynamic Stork: This will light your glutes on fire! The outside leg will be torched as long as you push hard into the ball. Great for building single leg stability, balance, and endurance. Also helpful if you have cranky knees. Shoot for 2-4 sets of 25-45s
