It’s difficult to put a finger on exactly when a nation falls. It is hard to know the very moment, but you can feel it in your bones when the president gleefully admits that his election was purchased with money from another country. He does this knowing that moves like this will usher in untold Republican loss in 2026 and 2028. And yet, he still does it. We’ve moved from nuance to bragging about the theft of American tax dollars and delivery over to another people in another place. It is not done to uphold US interests, but is a tithe to unbelievers who hold inexplicable power and authority over our government. And since it is done despite its devastating impacts on the upcoming elections, one must imagine it’s done under some sort of fear or duress. What other explanation could there be? It is one thing to know what goes on behind the scenes, and quite another for the president to admit it. This admission signifies the full transition from a strong lobby to absolute power, with the full sanction of the president and the full weight of government to enforce speech codes and stand up 100 task forces. This is to Republicans as BLM was to Democrats; this is them on one knee ushering in a time when you too will be expected to kneel.

A half eaten apple, the cross that was placed on their clothes, and their name that was finally carved together. #TicketToHeavenEP4 ☆ That apple reminds me of the apple in Adam and Eve story. It's like a symbolic way of how they gave in to something that was considered as 'forbidden' ☆ The cross. I saw the hesitation in Tanrak's eyes when he took it off. It didn't feel like he removed it simply because he was afraid of losing it. Instead, it was as if guilt was gnawing at him, like if he kept it on, he would feel the heavy weight of God watching him. Taking it off was like the choice to let go of that guilt and judgment ☆ The names on the tree. Carving their names into the tree feels like their permanent vow. As if a physical mark that Tanrak chose Barth, for now. To accompany him, to face the world with him // I genuinely didn't know what they actually trying to convey, it's just my personal point of view when I saw this

I've always been a big fan of Freeez's I.O.U. It's one of those records that helped shape dance music without a lot of people even realizing it. 🔥 So when KRYDER, The Young Punx and I started working on AEIOU, the goal wasn't to recreate an '80s classic, but to build on what made it so special and turn it into something that feels fresh on today's dancefloors. I've been playing this one out for a while now and it's always been a lot of fun to see the reactions. AEIOU is out this week on Heldeep Records 😎❤️

OK, I have a definitive word on the CJ Abrams play from today's Pittsburgh Pirates at Washington Nationals game after talking with Elias Sports Bureau on this. This play will stay as a sacrifice fly. The originial ruling of NOT a sacrifice fly was for the exact same reason that I thought, which is that the infielder is not running into the outfield, which is year's past would have been correct As it was explained to me, in past years, an infielder had to be running almost in a straight line towards the outfield wall to be considered "running in the outfield". Here, since he is running, and he ends up further away from home (157 feet) than when he started (145 feet), this is going to count as a sacrifice fly. That definition is changing, in part from this play to help bring greater consistency, and to take some of the guesswork out of it (the argument that he is running into the outfield as opposed to more parallel). Now, folks all the time ask "why doesn't MLB publish the OS Manual" and I always say because it is a living document that can have the wording change, and the wording for this play will be modified to something like "more towards the outfield wall than towards home plate" to eliminate any confusion. The big key to this play is that he was running on a full sprint. Also, and this is helpful for me, but for all fly ball outs that score a run, Elias Saba reviews to ensure consistency. So, yes, it's a sacrifice fly, and now that I have that info from Elias themselves, that sort of settles this one. Sounds like the guidelines for this definition will be changing, either this season, or certainly for next season.

I’ve seen a lot of people accuse Saudi Arabia of fabricating the moon sighting. Below is proof that it wasn’t. The first video is the exact moment the moon was sighted. The second video is the official testifying before a judge about the set up and what he saw exactly. He says "At 6:11pm (precisely) we saw an opening in the sky, and we all saw the moon and around the opening was all clouds" There is also a picture but it is against the Sunnah to share proof when a testimony is given by a Muslim so I refuse to share it in case we set a precedent to always share a picture and that would be a big error. A testimony of a Muslim is enough as we see from the Hadith of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbaas رضي الله عنه said: A Bedouin came to the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and said, I have seen the new moon tonight. He said, "Do you bear witness that there is no god except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah?" He said, Yes. He said, "Get up, O Bilaal, and announce to the people that they should fast tomorrow." [at Tirmidhi: 691 Abu Dawood: [2340], an Nasaa'i: [2112] Ibn Maajah: [1652]. Shaykh al Albaani رحمه الله said: So we see from the Hadith that he, صلى الله عليه وسلم، instructed Bilaal to announce to the people that they would fast the next day. So the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم was content with the testimony of this man, whom he did not know, on the basis that he bore witness that there is no God but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, i.e. he knew that he was a Muslim, but he did not check on him any further and he did not try to find out how intelligent and smart he was, as was the case in the first Hadith in which the witness was 'Abd Allah ibn 'Umar ibn al Khattab رضي الله عنه. Yet despite that he accepted his testimony. This Hadith makes things easier for people, and what this means is that the judge should be content with the witness as he appears to be, without needing to find people who know this man and can testify that he is of good character, as was the habit of judges since time immemorial. Rather it is sufficient to know that he is a Muslim. [At Ta laaq 'ala Kitaab Bulugh al Maraam, (audio tape), Hadith 5, Kitaab al Siyaam] This Hadith is evidence for the principle that a Muslim is to be regarded as being of good character unless proven otherwise. Al San'aani رحمه الله said concerning what we learn from the hadeeth of Ibn 'Abbaas رضي الله عنه: It indicates that the basic principle with regard to the Muslims is that they are of good character, because the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم did not ask the Bedouin for anything except the Shahaadah. [Subul as Salaam by as San'aani: 2/153] And Allah knows best.

I go to Simply Wholesome in LA somewhat regularly. Yesterday, it was on SMASH. Parking lot was full. The patio was also practically full. I asked the server about the crowd and she said the majority of folks were there as part of the economic boycott. Simply Wholesome is a Black-owned Carribean restaurant and health food store that is a LA staple. Seeing this yesterday was pretty inspiring. It shows that people care and are prepared to fight. If you’ve been asking, what could a 24 hour boycott accomplish? It can mainly show that it can be done. It’s getting people into the habit of resistance.

[Throwback] Kobayashi Arata,a professional dancer, give detailed abt taehyung’s dance abilities on Fire and Dynamite 👤Whenever I see Taetae dance, I got the impression that he is a groove-type dancer. He has good detail and dances like he is riding the music. I like dances that convey the dancer's own vibe that only they have, and Taetae's dance is like that. His neck's trajectory is continuously moving back and forth. It's a professional's technique. His dance is very professional. It's very difficult to grab the rhythm in a simple way, but Taetae has a very good sense for that. Even when he isn't moving, the texture of his dance movements are very exquisite.The way he dances to his heart's content is wonderfully cool. The way he feels the sound (music) is expressed through the movement of his neck. The way he burns his feelings into the music is at a very professional level. One more thing to mention, the way he approaches a certain melody is always very outstanding and beautiful. You can see his great sense for dancing in his ad-libs, besides the set choreography. The neck is the part of the body that can express rhythm, so it especially requires skill. Taetae uses his neck extremely well. People at a high level of dancing can draw a hot response from just moving their neck a little. A great dancer knows that just a simple neck movement can look really cool. 1 speculate that Taetae is a dancer who knows this. The way he paces himself is no joke. The reason he can comfortably maintain the rhythm with his whole body is because he properly feels the music inside his body His dance has a mature charm. "no Shah, No regime, No Mullah" Mullah is a religious leader so possibly referring to the current leader and not a king like Pahlavi Timeline appears to be - anti-Khameini protestors try to rip signs off his vehicle and are bashing on the windows and eventually his passenger side window is broken - guy in uhaul then stutterstops forward into the crowd, eventually accelerating further, then stuttering again, then full stopping down the road - there is a man surfing on top of the uhaul in the 3rd video, below I have posted another video showing the man on top of the uhaul trying to take the posters off the side, so he is likely part of the anti-Khameini protestors - uhaul driver is taken into custody by police is this a case of police not having the street sufficiently blocked off and so a guy was able to get a uhaul in here? He should not have been able to drive a uhaul this close to a massive protest crowd There are a lot of people saying this is a terrorist attack, it is possible it could be one but I don't think there's enough information to accurately assert that at this time The chronology of events also shows it is possible that the driver was in fear of his life since protestors were banging on the uhaul, windows, and removing signs+ eventually breaking his window Whatever turns out to be the actual case, it is an unfortunate event and as of right now a seeming silver lining is that no deaths have been reported

even so, I trust that any new watcher will be able to pick up what's going on. The people who made the OVAs shown from time and time again that they have faith in their viewers that they'll be able to understand the world building that culminated to this point. You can start the other shows prior to this, either before or after this OVA and it will still feel like a proper climax leading up to this. The story beats in this show are pretty good in the sense that anyone can understand it, it's not universally profound but it does a good job in highlighting perspectives of every side and have a glimpse at what happened that lead up to it.

A very interesting theory someone brought to Jon Bray's attention is that this van in the parking area where Charlie ends up getting carried to after he is damaged pops the trunk just seconds before the shooting. Apparently acoustic analysis of all sounds at that time support that a real shot was fired from the rooftop area into the back of this van and that possibly a detonation was triggered by the sound. Here is a link to his post about it. You should look at his page and all of the amazing work he has done on this. No one earth has more credibility when it comes to the shaped charge theory.
