For a while now, I’ve been saying I will call out Yhemolee on social media, but today is that day. Here’s how it all happened. So regarding fixing veneers as it relates to bad breath, based on what Yhemolee was saying: Having white teeth isn’t a bad thing, and getting any form of veneer or crown isn’t bad either. However, one thing you should always keep in mind is that brushing your teeth can never be overemphasized. I always advise that if you have any form of veneer or crown, you should visit your dentist at least every 3 months for a check-up and routine scaling and polishing. This helps prevent food from getting trapped, which can lead to bad breath. Also, I’ve noticed that some people place veneers or crowns on already crowded or misaligned teeth. When this happens, it creates more areas where food can get stuck, increasing the risk of bad breath. Even if you brush multiple times a day, without regular professional cleaning, bad breath is still very likely. Don’t forget to follow me. 😅❤️ To maintain good oral hygiene: - Brush your teeth twice daily - Floss at least once a day and when food gets stuck in between your teeth. - Use a toothpaste that contains fluoride (this is tested and trusted, feel free to quote me anywhere in the world). Finally, note that mouthwash does not cure bad breath. it only provides a temporary fresh feeling. In all, ensure you brush your teeth twice daily. 🙏🏼🦷
