To get a new house built you need permits. To get an addition put on you need permits. To widen your driveway you need permits. You pay $$$ for these permits. Perhaps if the driveways are the problems, the city is to blame for taking in money to assign permits.

Parking spaces? Long term mitigation plan. Oh God help us all. 🙄
