A video is going viral of an American Airlines crew chief seemingly reprimanding a colleague for unnecessarily throwing bags.

The video was filmed by a passenger because a baggage handler was scanning checked bags, and then throwing them to the ground. However, just a few seconds into the video, the “crew chief” sees what’s going on, and approaches the baggage handler with a little advice!

Nice to see someone that actually cares about their job and other peoples belongings. 👍

Wearing her hi-vis under her coat, not very hi-vis when it's covered up, is it? I had baggage handlers damage the wheels on one of my suitcases, i had to drag it to my car for over a mile, the friction rubbing against the floor melted the plastic on the suitcase. Destroyed.

Effectiveness of high visibility jackets: are to be worn above all jackets.
