In these posts, you need to explain the law. That type of cross walk when there a pedestrian walking in it, requires vehicles to stop until the pedestrian completes the their crossing.

How does one report highly aggressive drivers that speed near schools and weave in and out of traffic at aggressive speeds and come super close to causing multiple accidents today. I have the plate number make and model. I am sure they are also on camera too.

You also need to educate people that “within a crosswalk” is not the same as on the curb waiting to be “within a crosswalk.” Drivers that stop when people are on the curb are asking to get rear ended.
