Careful umpiring! But clearly the one managing the video feed was too unaware. I felt agitated about how he kept flying past the important few frames. Should've known when to slow down and speed up. Or make the controls simple enough for the umpire to handle it himself.

The Umpire's decision is perfect. According to rule 29.1 in the book, the batsman will be declared out only when the bails are entirely dislodged from the top of the stumps, meaning they must come out of grooves at both ends.
