That’s why I introduced the Risky Research Review Act—to codify permanent independent oversight of dangerous scientific research funded by U.S. taxpayers. The bill establishes anindependent Life Sciences Research Security Board to safeguard public health, safety, and national security. The Risky Research Act codifies into law what an executive order...

I am currently working with @FBIDirectorKash to investigate Fauci malfeasance in office. The FBI concluded, with "moderate confidence", that the pandemic most likely originated from a lab incident in Wuhan, China. Over the last six years, compelling evidence has emerged supporting the lab origin of the pandemic and unraveling a web of deception, the vast COVID coverup. We learned that NIH funneled federal funds through EcoHealth Alliance to support gain of function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, research that may have caused the pandemic.

The coronavirus outbreak brought the world’s attention to the dangers of gain-of-function research. This kind of research occurs when a virus is manipulated to increase its strength or contagiousness—literally, causing it to gain a function. Anthony Fauci continued to repeat the talking points of the Chinese Communist Party and insisted that SARS-CoV-2 spread from bats to an intermediate host animal, then to humans. A wet market in Wuhan, China, was allegedly where this “spillover” occurred. That’s why I referred Fauci twice for criminal prosecution under Biden.

Understanding the origin of the COVID-19 pandemic is not just about assigning blame—it's about learning from what happened so we can prevent future, more deadly pandemics and the negative societal consequences associated with them. Since the beginning of the pandemic, Congress has yet to enact safeguards to gain of function research. That’s why I subpoenaed 14 agencies in mid-January about the origin of Covid-19.

You don’t need to be convinced that the COVID-19 virus originated from a lab leak to recognize the imminent need for oversight mechanisms – the mere possibility that the virus could have emerged from such risky research should be more than enough to prompt decisive action. Gain of function research, which can enhance the pathogenicity or transmissibility of viruses, poses a danger comparable to that of nuclear weapons.

The Senate is now gearing up to subpoena Fauci to testify under oath. The American people deserve complete transparency on the origins of COVID-19. The pandemic killed millions of people and shut down global economies. Federal and state governments used the pandemic as a justification to strip Americans of their civil liberties and freedoms. Children missed critical developmental opportunities, families lost jobs, and businesses were forced to close.

I didn’t just call out Fauci — I referred him for prosecution under both Biden and Trump. Now, I’m subpoenaing his testimony before Congress.

The Law Says the Birds Don’t Have to Be Destroyed! The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is insisting that all ostriches at the Universal Ostrich Farm must be culled. However, Canadian law makes it clear that there are alternatives — especially when the value of scientific research is at stake. Dr. Steven Pelech has made it clear: there IS research value. Health of Animals Act — Section 48(2) “Treatment” 🔗 “The Minister may treat any animal… or require its owner… to treat it… where the Minister considers that the treatment will be effective in eliminating or preventing the spread of the disease…” This provides authority for a treatment and containment protocol — including quarantine, testing, vaccination, or biocontainment — instead of culling, if it prevents the spread. Health of Animals Regulations — Section 5(1)(a) Inspector Discretion 🔗 A veterinary inspector may order an exposed or suspect animal “to quarantine, keep separate or treat the animal,” rather than destroy it. This is textbook discretion: if risk can be managed through separation and treatment, destruction is not the only option. Health of Animals Act — Section 13(2)(a) “Reserve for Experimentation” 🔗 “The Minister may reserve for experimentation an animal required to be destroyed under this Act…” Even if destruction is ordered, the Minister can reserve animals for controlled research. Parliament established this “research valve” specifically to preserve animals of scientific value. The law doesn’t force destruction. It provides discretion — and a choice. The government can choose science over slaughter.

🇺🇸🇺🇦 US Intel Declassifies Files on American Biolabs in Ukraine Researching Dangerous Pathogens Outgoing Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard — set to leave her post at the end of the month — has published a tranche of declassified documents detailing the activities of US-funded biological laboratories in Ukraine. "Many of these US government-funded biolabs were conducting research on dangerous and highly contagious pathogens, in some cases including gain-of-function research, with virtually no oversight or supervision," the Office of the DNI stated. Gabbard added: "Despite the obvious potential for catastrophic global consequences that research on dangerous pathogens can have, policymakers and so-called medical officials — such as Dr. Fauci — along with figures in the Biden administration's national security team lied to the American people about the existence of US-funded and supported biological laboratories, and threatened those who tried to expose the truth. The Office of the Director of National Intelligence will continue to work closely with partners across government to determine where these labs are located, what pathogens they contain, and to put an end to dangerous gain-of-function research that threatens the health and wellbeing of the American people and people around the world." The declassified documents reference several such facilities — including centers in Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Lvov, Vinnitsa, and Chernigov — where research was conducted on anthrax, tularemia, swine flu, Marburg fever, Ebola, plague, and other pathogens.

On a 7/3/24 Spaces w/Bryce Nickels White Coat Waste & Covid Bat Research Moratorium of Colorado, Jay Bhattacharya criticized EcoHealth Alliance's Fauci-funded plan to build a wasteful & dangerous bat virus lab in CO. Now, as NIH Director, he let Jeff Taubenberger give the project another $2.2M. What changed, Jay? Listen below. Here are some of Jay's striking comments from last year: "I would have a lot of concerns if this kind of thing were put in my community" "all of the sort of like risky elements of it have not been told the community" "how do you prevent a pandemic with this research?" "they don't explain how any of this research actually would prevent a pandemic" "Why is it that only a small group of people get to decide what risks the entire world gets to take?" "Why should only a small group of people assert that it's going to do good for the world without really justifying it?" "Like if the scientists are doing experiments that potentially pose a danger, 1% chance, 0.5% chance, whatever it is, of catastrophically risky viruses or pathogens leaking out of the community, the world gets to decide and vote on this, not just a few scientists who want papers published in some top medical journals" "their work feeds into the capacity for other places to work with these dangerous agents, right? You don't have the bats from CSU, then you can't do the bat research in Montana on Nipah or whatever. And the question is like, what does the ecosystem as a whole of this kind of research, what benefit does it produce for the public? "here you don't even have an upside" "you're introducing non-native species potentially into the American environment where they're not in equilibrium...And who knows what that does, right?" "Do we really the people that are funding this work that are saying swearing up and down is necessary to protect us from pathogens and whatnot, do we really trust them?"

🚨 BREAKING: Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard just DROPPED A BOMBSHELL, she's releasing evidence of US TAXPAYERS funding BIOLABS abroad — "more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries, including Ukraine" "Despite the obvious potential for catastrophic global impact that research on dangerous pathogens and Biolabs can have, politicians and so-called health professionals like Dr. Fauci, as well as entities within the Biden administration's national security team, lied repeatedly to the American people about the existence of U.S. funded and supported Biolabs." "Not only did they lie, they threatened those who attempted to expose the truth." These likely housed DANGEROUS PATHOGENS and were vulnerable to attacks "These Biolabs include labs in places like Ukraine, which could be at risk of compromise due to the ongoing Russia-Ukraine War." "In fact, the intelligence community had previously warned that a U.S. funded Biolab in Ukraine likely housed dangerous pathogens and remained vulnerable to longstanding threats of Russian attack, seizure, or damage." "Now, until now, evidence regarding the full existence and funding of these laboratories had been knowingly withheld from you, the American people. Many of these U.S. government-funded Biolabs are currently or have previously engaged in research using hazardous and highly contagious pathogens, and in some cases included dangerous gain-of-function research with very little visibility or oversight." Tulsi Gabbard 🌺 thank you! 🇺🇸

Former CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield unveils a shocking narrative of bureaucratic maneuvering that may have circumvented a U.S. ban on dangerous research. 1/ THE BAN: The Obama administration DID officially outlaw gain-of-function research on potential pandemic pathogens in the U.S. due to its inherent risks. This was a clear restriction. 2/ THE WORKAROUND: According to Redfield, officials then established a system of committees with the power to grant "waivers" and approve this banned research elsewhere. This provided a legalistic pathway to continue the work outside the country. 3/ THE WUHAN CONNECTION: Redfield points to the controversial research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology as the prime example. He alleges it "apparently never went through that committee," raising massive transparency and oversight flags. 4/ THE SEMANTIC DECEPTION: This is the most damning part. Redfield explains that the very definition of "gain-of-function" was changed to circumvent the ban. The new, narrow definition stated that only research that took a virus already pathogenic to humans and made it more dangerous counted. Therefore, taking a bat coronavirus (not yet pathogenic to humans) and manipulating it to infect human cells—the core of "gain-of-function" concern—was suddenly not considered gain-of-function by the new definition. 5/ THE FAUCI TESTIMONY: Redfield aggressively disagrees with Dr. Fauci’s congressional testimony that NIH never funded gain-of-function research. Under the letter of this new, manipulated law, Fauci could technically tell the truth while being materially misleading. Redfield calls this a "stain" on the agency and a "ludicrous" artificial distinction that betrayed the spirit of the law and public trust. The takeaway: A potentially dangerous practice was outlawed. Rather than stopping, powerful figures in the scientific bureaucracy appear to have redefined the terms and moved the work to a foreign partner, with catastrophic global consequences. This isn't just about science; it's about accountability, transparency, and the immense danger of allowing agencies to self-regulate and redefine the rules that are meant to protect us.

Dr. Jay Bhattacharya just pledged to support dissident scientists in his Senate confirmation hearing: “Dissent is the very essence of science.” “23% of Americans have not much or no confidence at all … in scientists to act in the public’s best interests.” “I have five concrete goals if confirmed as Director of the NIH.” “First, NIH research should focus on research that solves the American chronic disease crisis.” “Life expectancy flatlined between 2012 and 2019, plummeted during the pandemic, and still has not bounced back.” “The chronic disease crisis is severe, with hundreds of millions of Americans—children and adults—suffering from obesity, heart disease, cancer and more.” “Second, NIH-supported science should be replicable, reproducible, and generalizable.” “Unfortunately, much bought modern biomedical science fails this basic test.” “Third, if confirmed, I will establish a culture of respect for free speech in science and scientific dissent at the NIH.” “Over the last few years, top NIH officials oversaw a culture of cover-up, obfuscation, and a lack of tolerance for ideas that differ from theirs.” “Fourth, the NIH must recommit to its mission to fund the most innovative biomedical research agenda possible to improve American health.” “Fifth, the NIH must embrace, and vigorously regulate, risky research that has the possibility of causing a pandemic.” “If confirmed, I'll carry out President Trump's agenda of making the public science institutions of this country worthy of trust and serve to Make America Healthy Again.” Jay Bhattacharya

They Lied. People Died. “Former U.S. Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard has released declassified documents indicating U.S. government funding for over 120 biological laboratories across more than 30 countries. Gabbard alleges a long-term cover-up by officials regarding these foreign research facilities” V “The V9 variant was selected as the clinical candidate. V8 and V9 have identical amino acid sequencesof the encoded antigens and differ only in their codon optimisation sequences, which were designed to improve antigen expression (V9) with higher content of cytosine ribonucleotides.” V “Taxpayers funded risky virus projects. Australian taxpayers funded 17 research projects over a decade that could increase the harmfulness of infectious agents to humans using tissue from bats and other live animals, including mice and ferrets.” ••••••••••••••• Kudos to Tulsi Gabbard for exposing this research. Despite repeated attempts at getting our Health and Intelligence officials to acknowledge their reckless behaviour I was met with nothing but stonewalling. For ASIO to pretend that it is not their responsibility to ensure that biological research is not a threat to our security is just absurd. Skerritt’s refusal to answer my question because he didn’t have the documents in front of him is just as absurd because they were his documents. Both Burgess and Skerritt should be locked up for acting against Australia’s interests and for enabling injuries and deaths to the Australian people.

BREAKING: The NIH and Colorado State University are infecting animals with pathogens like Covid, anthrax, and Ebola for “bioweapons research.” And this CSU biolab has already had “dozens of lab accidents” in recent years. But that’s not even the worst part. The NIH just approved over $2 million more taxpayer dollars to build a Wuhan-style bat lab at CSU. White Coat Waste’s Justin Goodman just broke down why Trump and RFK Jr. need to “get rid of these mad scientists” at NIH immediately with Breanna Morello: “These experiments have no public health relevance.” “This is essentially bioweapons research.” “Taxpayer-funded animal experimenters who were either funded by or worked for the government are importing dangerous viruses from remote parts of the world—viruses that do not exist on US soil—bringing them to laboratories … and doing dangerous experiments on them to, in some cases, soup them up and make them more deadly to people.” “We’re talking about…anthrax, ricin, Ebola, tularemia, hemorrhagic fevers that have never been seen on US soil that cause bleeding and quick d**th for people.” “It’s not an if—it’s a when—in regards to when we’re gonna have an outbreak or cause another pandemic with dangerous animal experimentation.” “The President, RFK, have promised to crack down, but there are lunatics inside the NIH who want to keep these dangerous programs going.” Follow White Coat Waste

CHD researchers just published a bombshell study exposing that infant mortality rates double after childhood vaccination. Then, it was REMOVED with no explanation. And the advisory board that removed it has ZERO safety expertise. Dr. Brian Hooker: "Retraction is a word that’s usually associated with peer-reviewed studies.” “But this was a Preprint server… a place that you can take research that is awaiting peer review [and put it] in the public domain." "Even with those parameters, Preprints and their 318 scientific advisors decided to take it down anyway." Dr. Karl Jablonowski: “We went over the withdrawal policy with a fine-tooth comb.” “They’re concerned about a court order or government agency request.” "They’re concerned about plagiarism, which couldn’t possibly be because we wrote every word ourselves." "The very last statement of the withdrawal policy is: the content poses a risk to the general public." Rick Jaffe: "Well, they got you there." "The risk to the general public is they’re gonna understand [that here] you have… a [100%] greater chance of dying.” Dr. Jablonowski: "That advisory board of over 300+ people, not a single one of them has ever published on vaccine safety." "Not a single one of them has ever published on infant mortality." "They are not qualified to peer review." "They wouldn’t be selected as peer reviewers for the paper." "It's a risk to the general public to remove this information from scientific discourse." Vaccine Safety Research Foundation richard jaffe Brian Hooker, PhD
