I am currently working with @FBIDirectorKash to investigate Fauci malfeasance in office. The FBI concluded, with "moderate confidence", that the pandemic most likely originated from a lab incident in Wuhan, China. Over the last six years, compelling evidence has emerged supporting the lab origin of the pandemic and unraveling a web of deception, the vast COVID coverup. We learned that NIH funneled federal funds through EcoHealth Alliance to support gain of function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, research that may have caused the pandemic.

The coronavirus outbreak brought the world’s attention to the dangers of gain-of-function research. This kind of research occurs when a virus is manipulated to increase its strength or contagiousness—literally, causing it to gain a function. Anthony Fauci continued to repeat the talking points of the Chinese Communist Party and insisted that SARS-CoV-2 spread from bats to an intermediate host animal, then to humans. A wet market in Wuhan, China, was allegedly where this “spillover” occurred. That’s why I referred Fauci twice for criminal prosecution under Biden.

You don’t need to be convinced that the COVID-19 virus originated from a lab leak to recognize the imminent need for oversight mechanisms – the mere possibility that the virus could have emerged from such risky research should be more than enough to prompt decisive action. Gain of function research, which can enhance the pathogenicity or transmissibility of viruses, poses a danger comparable to that of nuclear weapons.

The pandemic killed millions of people and shut down global economies. Federal and state governments used the pandemic as a justification to strip Americans of their civil liberties and freedoms. Health of Animals Act — Section 48(2) “Treatment” 🔗 “The Minister may treat any animal… or require its owner… to treat it… where the Minister considers that the treatment will be effective in eliminating or preventing the spread of the disease…” This provides authority for a treatment and containment protocol — including quarantine, testing, vaccination, or biocontainment — instead of culling, if it prevents the spread. Health of Animals Regulations — Section 5(1)(a) Inspector Discretion 🔗 A veterinary inspector may order an exposed or suspect animal “to quarantine, keep separate or treat the animal,” rather than destroy it. Skerritt’s refusal to answer my question because he didn’t have the documents in front of him is just as absurd because they were his documents. Both Burgess and Skerritt should be locked up for acting against Australia’s interests and for enabling injuries and deaths to the Australian people.

This evening, the Senate passed legislation that includes full-year funding for five important Appropriations bills. These bills will support our national security interests through investments in our U.S. military service; strengthen court security and invest in oversight of federal programs; support lifesaving biomedical research; modernize our nation’s outdated air traffic system and address the air traffic controller shortage; and support America’s workforce, and children and families. Additionally, this legislation continues funding for the Department of Homeland Security for two weeks to allow us additional time to negotiate that funding bill, in the wake of last weekend’s tragic shooting of Alex Pretti. When we pass this package and when it is signed into law, on top of the previous packages, we will have funded 96 percent of all of government. This marks an important milestone and shows that Congress can work together in a bipartisan manner to carry out our Article One responsibilities and deliver results for the people we are honored to represent.
