I have this, in my case caused by leaching NiCl² which has been linked in other studies, yet the following report states no coin in stomach, yet it's green due to exposed Cu becoming Cu+/CU+² & here's what it does to me all stated in the following paper.

Symptoms of this are linked to NI, I am myself am suffering due to 50p in my stomach for 24 years, leaching NI. I get all the issues listed in the following link.
