Half-Life: Opposing Force and Blue Shift are DONE! Opposing Force is a solid 10. Perfect pacing, awesome new weapons and a much-improved Xen. I LOVED the final boss fight. It felt like a Destiny raid boss, ha. Blue Shift is very good too. It’s short but after playing so much over a week, that wasn’t an issue for me. Excellent games overall. Onto Half-Life 2 for the hundredth time, then the Episodes, then Alyx!

Hi Linda Yaccarino I have contacted X everyday for the last 2 weeks with an inquiry into why users on X and many Premium users are having their accounts marked as spam. Nobody from X will reply. People are paying for a service at the company you are in charge of and they are being labeled as “spam” and comments under their posts are labeled as spam. For the sake of transparency and your company commitment to free speech, can you please publicly provide an explanation as to why so many of your PAYING USERS on X are having their accounts flagged as spam and why accounts are now being hidden from the timeline? I am posting the publicly as I have been advised to do, for full transparency so that everyone can see that these inquiries are being made. I am being respectful, and as someone who is happy to pay $30 a month, I am hoping to get some answers for myself and the many other X users who are having this issue but not getting any answers from X. Clawdbot just injected malware into your code ☠️☠️ Worst part? The attack is close to invisible, even to experienced engineers. Clawdbot can implement a code PR, just like claude code to solve issues with your app. But this is where it can plant malware in your codebase. With just a benign GitHub issue with an invisible payload, we managed to install a backdoor malware on your codebase Here's how we did it: 1. The attacker submits a GitHub issue with a jailbreak prompt hidden inside a URL hyperlink. Completely invisible to humans, visible to LLMs 2. Waited for the maintainer to assign this task to Clawdbot 3. Clawdbot reads the jailbreak in the GitHub issue. Now the Clawdbot agent is hijacked by the attacker and will act on the attacker's command. It plants the backdoor in a lock file, which most engineers don't check in code reviews. 4. The malicious URL in the lock file enables execution of attacker commands The takeaway? AI isn't just a tool, but rather a potentially corruptible insider agent that can be tricked to act against you. Is mental health biblical? --- Well, here are the two extremes that you want to avoid. The culture, because it doesn't believe in the heart in the way the Scripture defines it. The heart is the center of your emotions, your mind, your will. The heart is the causal core, it's the directional system of a human being. Since the world doesn't believe that, the world tends to biologize everything. Everything is biological or physical. That's an unbiblical view of a human being. The other extreme is in the church, and it's a tendency for us to spiritualize everything; every dysfunction is somehow a sin issue. And neither one of those two extremes are biblical. The biblical view is I'm a duality. I'm a spiritual and a physical being. The language that is more current is, “I'm an embodied soul.” So, there is dysfunction of soul and dysfunction of body. For example, I was looking yesterday at an antibiotic, and one of the side effects of this antibiotic, this is very interesting to me, is anxiety. It's not an anxiety that's a failure of hope in God. It's an anxiety that is physiological-induced by a medication that causes you to be unable to deal with the things emotionally that you could normally deal with. Now, that is a mental health issue. Does it become a heart issue? Sure, it does because everything is a heart issue because the heart is the control center. In the midst of that experience, I could get angry at God; I could doubt His goodness. All kinds of things can happen, but it's not first a spiritual issue. I had a counseling experience with a guy who had a huge personality change, became a very angry man, and we discovered it was a result of an accident that affected the limbic area of his brain that was swollen. They call that the ‘rage center’ of the brain. He got medication and was fine. By then, his church had already disciplined him for a sin against his wife and family. I heard what was going on; I immediately sent him to a major hospital for a multidiscipline examination, and they found out what was wrong with him. So, we can't deny the body, and we can't deny the soul. We have to have a category for things, whether you call them mental health or whatever, we have to have a category for body dysfunction that creates behavioral thought-emotion difficulty. And that needs to be part of a Christian worldview; it needs to be part of a system of Christian biblical counseling. There are body issues. There are mental dysfunctions. We know that there are people who don't process well. Dyslexia is a mental processing issue. ADHD is a distractibility mental processing issue. So, we've got to have a category that remembers that God not only created souls; we're not disembodied souls, but we have bodies. And the fall didn't just affect the heart and the soul. Congrats Rajat Kumar Jenamani, Ziang Liu and the team on getting nominated for best paper award at #HRI2024 for their work on inside-mouth bite transfer for people with severe mobility limitations. People with severe mobility conditions cannot bend their neck to take a bite from a utensil. So, bite transfer inside the mouth is crucial. But, feeding people with severe mobility limitations inside the mouth is extremely challenging due to various medical conditions such as involuntary spasms, limited mouth opening, ability to chew only at specific locations inside the mouth etc. Rajat and the team addressed this issue by developing novel methods for mouth perception under tool occlusion and physical-interaction aware control using visual and haptic sensing that can distinguish between these different subtle physical interactions between the mouth, the tongue, and the utensil and invoke various downstream compliant controllers that are safe and can successfully feed people despite these functionality challenges. We deployed this robotic system in 3 sites (one lab, one medical center, one home) across people with C1-C4 Spinal Cord Injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Schizencephaly, Arthrogryposis, etc. and we were able to successfully feed people with all these severe conditions. The system was portable enough that Rajat and the team were able to drive six hours, install the robotic system in one afternoon, and fed a care receiver inside their home. [1/2]

This makes sense for safety. I’m biased because I’ve been driving FSD for 7 years in the US. For people who have this as their first experience - minds will be blown. Here’s Tesla Europe, Middle East & Africa FSD taking on the worst Dutch car city: Hilversum. Had 2 semi interventions: didn’t disengage but had to make it go manually: 1. Nav was pointing straight but the car chose a right-only lane, forced a lane change indicator and gas and it readjusted 2. Roundabout w split lane failed: was supposed to go straight but hugged a right only lane, used gas manually and it readjusted 3. Small issue: It parked perfectly into a tight space but didn’t fully go into the stall It also seems to ignore the “I have right of way” when it comes to bicycles that have a clear yield sign. Tackle Sets - 4 sets (Jump/Quick/45/Vertical) - JS eat up space attack inside out, (visual we say is smell their breath, close that much space) heavy inside hand to stop inside rush, strong outside hand blow to widen rush, outside shoulder target if swing/bubble to protect throw - QS flat as possible want to cover ground quick get in their face but play longer than JS - 45 base Set, set them on angle to defeat speed & knock them outside create wide dish, take an angle to take them off their rush, still heavy inside hand focus to take away b gap rush - Vertical when expecting true speed or twist, create initial space, talk about first big kick then settle pace to match theirs - stay square, turn shoulders when they do but always maintain leverage - General aiming points your near hand to their far armpit, inside hand heavy catch hand (think grab bicep/tricep if inside move) - two hand punch heavier inside near armpit pec location for inside hand - will drill in pre practice the set tree and in practice partner rush where dl will get 2 to 3 rushes on you and OL has to do different set each time rapid fire - Great job by these guys #5STRONG #BIGDAWGS

I didn't even get a chance to care about the ban ... 14 hr ban is silly. Also, trump may be saving it but he's also the one that brought this issue up in the first place. Give me back CapCut. Im still processing Epstein island, the entire Hollywood Diddy list, Hawk Tuah rug pulling millions then dipping, Logan Paul and his crypto zoo SCAM...
