I was waiting for the driver to draw and shoot. Disappointed.

At 34 seconds deadly force becomes authorized in any stand your ground state. Simply breaking your window won’t usually justify using deadly force but as soon as he raised it as if to strike you have a legal right to use a gun as you are in imminent danger, as defined by law.

What a disappointment, I was waiting for him to pull out the 2nd amendment and deescalate the situation.

The media won’t tell you, and woke liberals are clueless: Trump’s roaring comeback is driven by everyday Americans fed up with soaring bills, not obsessed about a dozen genders or the right to a transgender bathroom. #AbookThatChangesEverything #TrumpWon

No 2nd Amendment (or 1st) in Canada, unfortunately. But that'd be a "fear for my life" situation for sure He was arrested, but ChatGPT says he eventually got the charges dropped, and nothing happened, but I couldn't find an article on that.

This isn’t a second amendment issue. This is a “sitting in your car like a dumbass when somebody approaches you with a weapon” issue. Just drive away lol

A responsible armed citizen would just drive away.
