Echo is now implemented in the HLE backend and will be available in version 2127. This was made possible thanks to the documentation left by MerryMage in the codebase years ago. The reverb effect is fully undocumented, so it will need more research.

I hope that more audio improvements come in the future, a good number of games have broken or faulty audio emulation (mostly third party games)
