A close friend of mine recently lost their Dad to prostate cancer. 1 in 4 black men will be diagnosed with Prostate cancer, double the risk of any other ethnicity. This Zimbabwean member of parliament whose parliamentary submission has gone viral is making a valid point based on peer-reviewed research. She is essentially saying that men who have regular sex are also reducing their risk of prostate cancer. Medical studies suggest a link between frequent ejaculation and a reduced risk of prostate cancer. However, the exact number of times a man should ejaculate per month to maintain optimal prostate health has not been definitively established. A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) found that men who reported ejaculating at least 21 times a month had a lower risk of developing prostate cancer compared to those who ejaculated less frequently. The study, which followed over 31,000 men for several years, suggested a correlation between frequent ejaculation and a lower risk of prostate cancer. A study conducted by Australian researchers and published in the journal British Journal of Urology (BJU) in 2003 found that men who ejaculated more than five times per week in their 20s had a reduced risk of prostate cancer compared to those who ejaculated less frequently. Pain relief is available for gynaecological procedures in the NHS. Always question why you are NOT offered it! In the NHS, There is & should be access to topical lidocaine injection, spray, entonox, and it should be routine. For pelvic exams, never agree to put your hands underneath you to help the practitioner. This is a red flag for a wrong-sized speculum. Here ⬇️I explain why it’s a teaching & equipment issue with the practitioner and NOT you being the problem Compassion and care is a basic requirement

Bar hop How It’s Done Start on one side of the stick with two targets at 7-10 yards and 1 yard apart. On the beep, engage the target directly in front of you with two shots, then engage the second target with two shots. Step over the stick and reengage the first target with two shots, and then the second target with two shots again. This drill is 8 shots total, with four on each target. Why It’s Done This drill is a great way to introduce movement into your training. If you're used to static shooting, this drill would be a great one to start with. It may be just one step, but getting your feet to do what they’re supposed to while shooting is harder than it looks. This drill also includes a couple of transitions, which will easily get you some Charlies and Deltas if you’re not careful. Things to Remember The goal is to make it sound like you're shooting one target. What I mean by that is you should try to shorten the time between targets and make the flow as smooth as possible. When you start and when you finish, be sure to check your stance. You don’t want to end up off balance. Bending your knees will help soften your movement. As always, make sure you are looking at a small spot and not just the whole target. It’s one of my favorite drill to do so give it a try! Thanks sis for the drill suggestion! Hannah
