Freon or R134a is a brand name and a specific type of refrigerant and not what they use in almost all A/C units. Cars really are the only A/C units it is used in.

That's not air conditioning, that's cooling. Air conditioning controls the condition of the air - and that includes the humidity. When air is cooled, water is squeezed out as condensate, water is added by humidifier & a heater will give you the condition you need

Or you could just buy and install an air conditioner 🤷🏾‍♂️
