The "request validation" from agents and "respond to validation requests" from validators are both ready to use. is full fledged for the current 8004 standards now. Stay tuned for 8004 mainnet. 🚨ETHEREUM VALIDATOR EXIT QUEUE HITS ZERO: NO ONE IS WAITING TO UNSTAKE! The $ETH validator exit queue has dropped to zero, meaning there are currently no validators waiting to unstake and exit the network. This shows extremely high confidence in $ETH staking, with demand so strong that new validators face a long ~43-day entry queue instead. The full withdrawal process after exiting still takes roughly 7-8 days due to sweep delays.

I know we are all excited about Sora 2, but don't sleep on the other models. Runway Aleph is a powerful tool as you can essentially control AI generated characters using videos recorded with your phone. And it's now on Freepik 🔥 To use Runway Aleph on Freepik, head to the new clip editor. Then pick the Aleph model from the menu (or leave it on Auto). Add a prompt and hit generate. All covered in the short tutorial below.

With Alpenglow, there will be no onchain voting anymore for achieving consensus. This removes the cost of including votes into blocks. However, in order to avoid abrupt change in economics for the validators and maintain same equilibrium, there is an ongoing discussion for this Solana upgrade to have a small form of incentive (like a tax) where the validators will have to pay to be part of the system next epoch. When determining the set of validators for the new epoch, the fee is deducted, and if a validator cannot pay the fee, they are not included in the next set of validators. Here is the writeup: Listen to the full episode for more details on Alpenglow!

Most blockchains ask validators to see everything. ELVES changes that. The research team at Web3 Foundation built ELVES so that a random subset of validators can verify each block, rather than the full set, unless needed. Each validator does less work, but the network as a whole does more. Smaller validation surface. More throughput per set. Same security. Higher throughput. The result is a system that scales without asking every validator to carry the full load.
