The M550i uses a very different logic. Its 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 N63TU3 produces around 523 hp and is paired with all-wheel drive and an automatic transmission tuned for both speed and refinement. Compared with a full M5, the M550i is not positioned as a flagship. It is positioned as a fast 5 Series that sounds more like a usual V8. The engineering emphasis is on torque delivery, stability and comfort rather than maximum lap time. The M550i shows how BMW used to integrate high output V8 power into its core range instead of isolating it inside a specialist model.

The engine isn’t just boosted. It’s been reinforced internally to handle the pressure, which is why it can deliver that kind of performance reliably. And the result is surprising. This thing moves hard Built for long distances, autobahn runs and effortless speed. 250 km/h comes quickly, and without a limiter it can push well beyond that with 280 km/h stock and here where its tuned its even further. You wouldn’t know if you have ever walked by one or one has driven past you just because it never had badges. No aggressive look like an M5 really. Debadge it, and no one can tell what it is. That’s what makes it a real sleeper.

I gotta be honest. As much as I love the Post, and appreciate the new weapons, this Wemby GoTo has to be tuned in some kind of way. It just covers way too much space in such little time, and I've yet to see footage of a contest other than "Open".

Shifting focus to 2025, RHP Tyler Bremner (UC Santa Barbara Baseball) is one of my favorite College arms in the class. As a freshman, Bremner split time between the bullpen and the rotation and pitched his way to a modest 5.37 ERA with an impressive strikeout-to-walk ratio of 80-to-17 across 55.1 innings. Bremner has a lean, athletic build at 6'2" and 180-lbs. He has room to fill out physically and as he does, his already-electric stuff will only tick up. Bremner has a low maintenance, under control operation with present arm speed. He attacks hitters from a high-three quarter slot and his fastball sits in the 93-96 range and tops out at 98. It has elite riding life (averaged over 21" of IVB in '23) and is most effective when located in the top-half of the zone. Between its velocity and shape, it is a 60-grade offering. He boasts two quality secondary offerings in a mid-80s changeup and low-80s slider. Bremner’s changeup is the more polished of the two, but his sweeping slider has plus potential. In 2023, Bremner’s changeup generated an impressive 48% miss rate. He has advanced feel for the offering, and he will throw it to both left and righthanded hitters. It plays well off his mid-90s fastball and flashes big time late tumbling life and some fade to the arm side. Bremner threw his slider just 12% of the time in 2023, but it has the chance to be a true out pitch in the future. It features ample late sweeping life as well as some depth, and is a real weapon especially against righthanded hitters. It has reportedly taken a step forward this fall and could be a lethal offering in 2024. Between his plus control, low effort delivery, and the chance to have three plus or better pitches, Bremner profiles as a starter professionally. He has a chance to become a household name this spring and with two strong seasons pitching in the rotation, Bremner has 1st Round upside in 2025. (📽️: UC Santa Barbara Baseball)

i gave bonsai, 3.9 gb model one spec to build a working rotary engine autonomously, using hermes agent. all on rtx 3060ti 8gb. watch it go from a black canvas to a running wankel. the epitrochoid housing, a triangular rotor turning at exactly a third of shaft speed, three chambers firing intake, compression, power, exhaust, and ten geometry tests it had to pass to count as done. a provably correct simulation, not a drawing. then i left it alone and it worked. wrote the code, ran its own tests, hit failures, read them, fixed its own lines, until the engine spun and all ten went green. a real agent loop, and i watched every step. it broke three times getting here and clawed back every one. that honest part is in the reply. and this is a sneak. i've been building a show around runs exactly like this, and it's almost ready. more very soon. just getting started.
