If you could only train one muscle group for the rest of your life…train legs Deadlifts and squats actually also recruit upper body if you’re doing them correctly

I used to hate squats in my earlier days of lifting , then developed bad low back problems so continued not squatting. Then I started squatting consistently and then fell in love , you feel like a million bucks afterwards .

Squats make me a different guy. There’s a period about 3 days after when I have to be careful not to get into any legal trouble because I become hyper aggressive. I don’t know what that is, but it happens 100% of the time.

Just remember people you can squat without a bar on your back or even with no weights at all. Too many people fuck up their neck, back, knees etc etc with squats. And fronts squats beats back squats all day everyday.

Bro what about sleds I try to do 180-220 lbs for 60 minutes continuously 4 days a week with minimal breaks. I find it works legs and arms a little bit too while also providing heavy cardiovascular support and improving kinetic force transfer: legs —> hips —> core —> arms

He's right. Squats make you feel so damn good after the workout is done - you feel born again, alive. Has to be heavy squats though.

So true. The weight changes, but the exercise and mentality never does.

Nah brother. Too much risk. There are better leg exercises with less axial spine compression than a barbell squat.
