Smith machine Bulgarian split squats. The BEST way to do these for me. No balance issues…just pure output through the quads/glutes. Absolutely brutal movement.

Unless you’re planning on competing in powerlifting, you have very little equipment available to you, or you simply love to Barbell Squat…. There is no reason to do Barbell Squats over - Pendulum Squats - Hack Squats - Belt Squats - Smith Squats All more efficient/effective

This is without a doubt the BEST way to do Bulgarian Split Squats Remember: More knee travel over the toes = More Quads Less knee travel over the toes/more hip travel backward = More Glutes/Adductor Magnus Smith Machine = UNDEFEATED

Squats will humble you every time. 😂 Behind the scenes of Built for Better — smith machine squats are no joke. One of the most taxing movements you can do but also one of the most effective. Worth every rep. Check out Built for Better here: 💪
